Question on Vamp Mage - Destro vs Bow

I am trying to determine which build and playstyle would suit me best. Seems Destruction requires many perks to be really amazing and if I go with the Necromage build and enchant clothing with fortify destruction to 100% then I might not need to really worry about all perks.

thus I was thinking of a Illus, Conj, Resto mage who kills with a Bound Bow. I would need 3 points into Sneak to get the bound bow sneak attack bonus. Question is how if I have the bow out, how can I heal? With Destruction, I can have healing on left and destruction on right. If I do bound bow, will I need to resummon a new bow after healing?

I guess this is OK and might actually mean I need less mana than spamming destruction spells all the time.

Any links someone can share to a vampire mage archer build with enchanting and alchemy them like?

If you sheathe the bound bow or switch to a spell, the bow will vanish and you will have to recast it. Also, keep in mind that you will need perks in Archery for the bow to make any decent damage. So, it's not like you're really saving any perks by using the Bound Bow instead of Destruction magic. I'd go as far as saying that this is even more perk intensive, actually. You will do more damage, though, especially when sneak attacking, since you won't get any bonuses for magic damage.

As for a mage archer build: The Cryptstalker is something you might want to have a look at.

If your going for a pure mage concept. destruction magic is the strongest constant source of damage in the game, granted you have alot of magicka to attack with.
