Has anyone heard of M'aiq the Liar in TESO?

I was reading about him on the Elder Scrolls wiki (I betrayed, I know) and in the Trivia section it says that he was rumored to be in TESO. Have you guys heard anything?

I haven't seen any material that says so, but M'aiq is pretty much a tradition at this point. I think it's safe to assume he'll be making an appearance; I would be extremely disappointed to learn otherwise.

Seeing as Bethesda do have a say in the development I'm sure they will convince Zenimax to slip him in somewhere as treat for the long time fans.

We were lucky enough to meet someone with that name just the other day, and when we asked him the same question, this was what he answered: "In the development of every project—and you can consider a family tree as a sort of project—there comes a time when you have to make certain decisions to either build your own legend or help others to do so. I encountered him on what was almost the northernmost point of Khenarthi's Roost (the starting area for the Dominion, although it is no longer in the most up-to-date build of the game). I assume he is present in other areas, but can anyone confirm? (no need to give details)

Like Skyrim, he gave me about 3 lines of dialogue, including a line about Qia'm, and a line about people giving him generic lines of dialogue.

I ran into him as well, don't remember exactly where though but I've seen people run into him in varying places.
