There should have been an entire Bard's College questline where you totally destabilize Skyrim by inventing rock and roll, or something.

Could do what everyone else does and visit Sunderstone gorge, then visit Paarthy, then use a dragon soul to unlock the second word that he gives, then when he unlocks it for you it gives you the third word as well.sinister wrote:My master destruction mage, who wanted to master the fire breath shout

, in order to have access to one of the word walls.
Bit late now, but useful for future reference.

Argh, Arcadia! Will you shut up for one minute while my Dovahkiins are trying to mix their potions at your alchemy station? Stop being so damn pushy, that's not good business practice!
She sooo irritates me. And she respawns too, it sucks.

Try using the Enchanters Table behind Niranye in Windhelm during the day.

Open console, click on annoying person who won't shut up, and type tai. Problem solved. Just don't forget to turn their AI back on when you're done.

Re: What makes you mad in Skyrim?
Sweet, thanks for the command. I might just forget to turn it back on.
Re: What makes you mad in Skyrim?
There are some minor thing that annoy me.
But what really bugs me are two things :
- Brynjof, and how he basically just calls you a criminal in public. Not really a smart thing to do in a strong honor-culture like that of Skryim. Even if I do play a shadier character I go like "what kind of guy just walks to you and says that?" The only thing that makes sense if he is guard that is really bad at undercover operations.
- That you can not move your family to your house in Ravenrock.

Does ANYBODY'S Skyrim game crash this much on Playstation other than mine?!

Yes, Whenever i enter a house and a loading screen pops up (the one without tips and stuff in it). I fear that my game may crash.Jun Satou wrote:-_______-

Re: What makes you mad in Skyrim?
I get the odd crash now and then. But it seems to be a case of when it crashes, a few more crashes will occur before going back to normal. Disable Autosave as that helps with the crashing and lag. Create a back up save in case Skyrim crashes during saving. Speaking of which, that did it to me, just as i went to save it.
I'm 60 hours in and surprisingly, the game has been stable. :O

Re: What makes you mad in Skyrim?
That's the thing, I said that in the last page, I've never had auto-saves turned on and I try to keep 3 backups simultaneously for each character.Thelastdovah wrote:I get the odd crash now and then. Like you said, when it crashes, and to the other person that said it, whenever I encounter a loading screen I always keep an eye on my PS3's HDD orange flash.
Sometimes I really want to play Skyrim then I remember that it's a fragile, delicate, brittle piece of gold. *Sigh*, it's just one of those things that can't be helped even with the Super-Slim Ps3's (somewhat) advanced technology.

Glover Mallory (from Dragonborn DLC). Because he just won't shut up when I'm using his forge.
"Huh?" "Yeah?" "Yes?"
"Either you're here to get showered in sparks, or you're looking for something to buy. Out with it."
"Steel, dwarven, ebony...if it's broken, I can mend it."
repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat...
AAAAARGH!

Yeah, a Deathlord once did that ninja dodge when I was shooting a sneak arrow. How the heck did he know? For an undead he certainly had a really keen hearing and light-speed reflexes -_-

The almighty dragonborn, defeated Miraak at the summit of apocrypha and Alduin in the Nordic resting place...
But cannot draw a sword underwater to save their life from 3/4-a-foot-long fish.
Even typical Nords in TES: IV could accomplish this >_<

In those situations I use detect life combined with Ice spear. Works fine for me.K Candyman wrote:indeed damn slaughter fish, and the only thing to do against them is aiming randomly at the water with a bow and hope to hit them

Re: What makes you mad in Skyrim?
I was trying to get my PS4 trophy for learning Soul Tear from Durnehviir but I'm a vampire with 100% spell absorption and none of my summons work
Maybe if I knock down some of the spell absorption effects below 100 it will work... I don't know.... I'm tired.
Also, I'm not being offered the dialogue to get married from the priest in Riften on this play through and I have no idea why! Arrrg!!

I prefer to use only restoration magic on most of my characters, it's a roleplaying thing:PSigbold wrote:In those situations I use detect life combined with Ice spear. Re: What makes you mad in Skyrim?
I'm not sure why...but the voice actor for Brill (Companions) and everyone else who sounds like him, makes me want to shout for lighting from the heavens. It super irritates me. I think its the same voice for the aspiring mage that can be found in the wilderness trying to revive a wolf with that zombie staff.

Re: What makes you mad in Skyrim?
The TG quests where you need to put a stolen item in someone's house (shill jobs?). There are several drawers, chests and cupboards in every house and there is nothing except the quest marker (which I keep turned off for immersion) to tell you which container it is. All others give you the "you can't remove quest items from your inventory" message and it ruins all those quests for me. :/
Rule #137: Always waste time when you don't have any.
