who will fence my stolen rings?

I've been trying to get rid of pricey jewelry I've stolen and can't find anyone to take it. When I talk to vendors and try to sell, these stolen items don't show up on my list of possessions to sell. I assume when I find someone that will take them off my hands, they will appear on my list. So who do I go to?

What Rook said. There is also the Fence perk that you can unlock at 90 speech, which allows you to sell stolen goods to any merchant in the game.

I see that quests have to be completed for any of the fences to work, I settled on that slimy lizard at the Winking Skeever, Gulum-Ei, and unloaded my stuff. Thanks!
