[Help] Stuck in combat mode

My character is stuck in combat mode. I can hear the combat music playing and can't fast travel, wait, or sleep. I've tried killing things, thought that might reset it but it doesn't. Any suggestions?

Do you have any bounty? I had kinda the same problem, but that was because I was chased by the guards. If this is it, just meet up with a guard, and pay the fine. And have you tried restarting the game. If any of this doesn't help, then sorry, i cant help you.

Try the "stopcombat" console command. That should work.

stopcombat didn't work, but I did get it figured out. I was doing the Miscarcand quest, went into the place, got the armor and ran out. Well aparently I aggro'd the King of Miscarcand and just ran out without killing him. And for some reason he didn't stop wanting to kill me AND couldn't come out of Miscarcand. So what I did was attack a guard and say "Pay my fine". When they took me to outside the prison there was the King of Miscarcand. As soon as I killed him I was out of combat and could rest and fast travel again!
