Something just occured to me earlier when i was playing Skyrim. You know when dragons sometimes fly near you and don't engage in combat. I think they may be spying on the Dovahkiin for Alduin.

Now! I have a interogation planed.
Let see!
1. Instaling al patches in order of apearence, or just the latest in order to minimise tis hellbound ton of glitches and bugs concerning quest, quest items, and sheit!? Witch is necesary in order to avoid console usage.
2. As i have seen, a separate program is necesary for dragon dificulty boosting?
3. Have any sugestion or perhaps a list of add ons or seting that would make the game more enjoyable and more demanding.
4. I have read for there is a posibility to extend graphical part with high quality textures and sheit, is it worth it?
5. And something general, wtf is happening with my items! I have bought property in every city posible, and have maneqins on witch i equip armor because i change the style of play and usage of certain kind of weaponery, so i have sets of armor with separate skil boost. And now the problem, my armor disapears. Just like the ground underneath opens an the staff fall trough? That is most noticable also in droping books. I drop it, and it goes to China, nothing is there!?

I play as a Battlemage right now, with focus on One Handed, Conjuration, Restoration and Heavy Armor.
I can't decide whenever I should invest perks in smithing or stick to Bound Swords. Bound Swords can't be enchanted or improved, but they require less stamina and the soultrap/banish effect is quite nice. Are they still viable at higher levels?

Re: Skyrim General Discussion
You might consider moving into Alchemy, so that you could Fortify various skills, e.g. Marksman, etc. That might overcome the lack of smithing. I personally cannot resist the joy of smithing. You could also enchant a number of items with fortify one-handed and similar, wear them all, and enjoy the cumulative happiness derived therefrom.Lord Cluttermonkey wrote:I play as a Battlemage right now, with focus on One Handed, Conjuration, Restoration and Heavy Armor.

Re: Skyrim General Discussion
Define "viable." Are you going to die constantly because you keep using bound weapons? No. Are you going to do less damage than you would with a smithed weapon? Yes. But then, smithed weapons can become overkill really, really fast.
It all depends on what you want out of your game. Do you want a playstyle that suits your vision of the character and allows you to progress in the game without prohibitive difficulty? Then bound weapons may be the best choice for you. Do you explicitly want to min/max your character and use the rules of the game to make a character the most efficient they could be? Then you probably want to go with smithed weapons (or mod the game to make bound weapons fit that mold in a way that satisfies you, if you're on PC).

Hey has anyone here talked to Frorkmar Banner-torn in Dawnstar? After I talked to him I looked on the wiki to see if it noted that he talks for an excessive amount of time about the Stormcloaks. If you haven't talked to him yet, you guys ought to. Just remember to clear your schedual first!

Does anyone know if the statue and shrine of Mara in Whiterun were added by an official patch? They're not mentioned on the wiki, but I don't think they're from any of the mods I use.

I think it's from Realistic Lighting Overhaul or some other similar mod. I had that statue in my game until I swapped lighting mods.Zephyr wrote:Does anyone know if the statue and shrine of Mara in Whiterun were added by an official patch? Re: Skyrim General Discussion
So lately I've been itching to replay Skyrim, which is odd for me to say. I've always been a one character kind of guy.. but Shovan has literally done everything aside from fully level up... which to be honest isn't all too fun just time consuming without an in-game objective. Th main reason I'm hesitant is I know myself.. I'll want to repeat the whole thing all over again... that's alot of work....
Idk>_< though on the plus side I'll be able to prove to my friend that I'm just as good at playing as I am at knowledge/advice<_< he's been stuck at lv 10, only takes me 2 days to get near lv 20..

Re: Skyrim General Discussion
Beta, since you've had a character who's done everything, I'd say focus on the playstyle. Think of another style you like, or if Shovan is a jack-of-all-trades type, then something really specific. The Skyrim Blog has a lot of cool ideas.
but at least the source is cleared up. Thanks guys!
I found mentions of it on a couple other sites, and apparently it is RLO. I know it makes cell edits and whatnot, but I wouldn't have expected that kind of change. I think I have a problem. I ship my character and Serana so hard that I've been dreaming about it. Too bad you can't marry her in-game. That really rustles my jimmies.

Doesn't work with Serana.
There are mods to make her marriable out there however.
