Teekeeus Freak-Out

[Redwood]

I was doing the Fingers of the Mountain quest for the Mages Guild a while ago. I had talked to Earana and was going back to tell Teekeeus about Fingers of the Mountain, but he wasn't where the arrow said he was. I tfc'd through the floor, thinking maybe he had fallen through, but to no avail. Then I noticed if I put my cursor over an exact spot on the stairs it would highlight him (pic). I talked to him and the room warped (pic). Also, there was no voice acting when I talked to him. I checked the wiki and didn't see anything like this mentioned on the quest page or Teekeeus' page. Has anyone experienced this glitch before? After I went and got the book he was back and the quest proceeded like normal.

Can't say I have, on the (too) many times I've done that quest it's all worked fine for me.
