Oh, smoking is bad for me? Oh my god thankyou! I had no idea - what with the constant non-smoking advertisements and warnings all over the packaging. I appreciate that my habit is not the best for my health but it is my choice, if I wanted your opinion I would've asked. I don't think it unreasonable for people to not comment on the habit of others, I don't do it to you so give me the same courtesy in return. A joke from time to time is above board, but don't constantly bring it up, running gags are only funny so long.

While we're on the subject, I am fully aware that not all people are indifferent to being smoked near. That's fine I have no problems with that, ask me to move away and I will happily do so. But if you are going to ask me this, be polite and ASK - don't tell then add a generic comment about lung cancer afterwards. I will casually light my smoke next to you, break your jaw and snap your [&@%!] phone. See you complain about it then [&@%!].

I really hate it when people feel the only possible way to win any argument is to twist ever word around, especially when their aware they've already lost. Guess what? I know the perfect way to break that chain, I'm done! Simple as that. If the only way you feel it's needed to twist my words and think you can pit me vs myself, yeah not going to work if I'm already monitoring exactly what your baiting.. and may I add failing to bait me in too. If I can still uphold my argument by logic, fact, and not having to twist an entire concept to where only one possible outcome is desirable, then I feel pity for you mate at most you made me agitated, not even made. Why must I wait six months to get my license? Why must I drive for forty hours to get my license? Those numbers just seem too high to be reasonable. Come on. After five hours of careful driving, I am getting better. I can even drive very well. No need for those extremely long forty hours, or that ridiculous six month wait. I get extremely annoyed when I see that paying 500$ can get you your license in four months instead. Also, for some odd reason, I will need to take the permit test again when I get my license. I REALLY wish people would stop telling me what I can do to "straighten" my hair. Why do people have to assume that just because its curly I don't like it that way? That I have no control over it? I straightened my hair for years and saw it break from being so dry and look bleh because it was so unhealthy from the heat.

So dude at the store: just because you see me buying curly hair products at the store doesn't mean that a) I'm black--not that I care but to assume that I am that race because of my curly hair means you don't realize that people of all races are capable of having curly hair b) you don't have to direct me to straightening products when I already have what I want in my hands c) tell me that I just need a good brushing because everyone who has curly hair knows YOU AREN'T SUPPOSED TO BRUSH CURLS!

Seriously...that's the 2nd person this week that has told me I should just straighten my curls. Leave me alone, I like them all crazy.

Why are people still letting of fireworks? I remember it used to be a few the day before, then loads on the 5th, then a few on the 6th. Now it's nearly every night from the start of November til now. I know the weather can be iffy, or you might be busy, but please try and confine it to at least one week.
There are lots of poor dogs and animals outside that will be scared constantly, and babies sleeping when you're setting them off at random hours and days.

I'm sick of it. I'm [&@%!] SICK of it. I'm sick of people getting asshurt because I don't like the way that they're moderating a forum. I don't dislike you, hate you, or want to have an argument with you. It's just that everyone is in defense mode 24/7 around here, and NOTHING will change if people aren't willing to change. I have a problem with the way you have been moderating these forums, I'm not trying to cut you down. Don't hang the age card over my head either, age has nothing to do with any of this. I'm not insulting you, I'm [&@%!] the hell off at how things are being run.

I'm sick of this place. It's a mess. Just goes to show that ignoring something DOES NOT make it go away. And maybe that vocal minority wasn't such a minority after all. Maybe it's say... 90% of the forum. At this rate, people will be leaving every day, and it's just going to get worse as people start losing their friends and the freaking enjoyment that a forum should be accompanied by. I want things to change, and you know why I have a bad taste in my mouth, and why I might have been [&@%!] with you? Because I've seen nothing but disrespect and false insincerity for so long, and I'm so sick of standing by and being too afraid to speak up. A lot of it is probably misplaced anger towards people who don't deserve it, and I'm sorry for that. I truly am. I'm sorry if I hurt you, because that was never my intent, and going forward, if someone criticizes your moderating abilities, don't take it as a personal attack, listen to it and try to understand where said user is coming from. It's harder said than done, to detach your personal feelings from your quote-un-quote professional life, but the inability to do just that is why the forums are where they are now.

On to part two. This forum and everything that it is currently made up of is utter [&@%!]. The passive aggression, the bullying, the insults, the inability to listen, and I mean really LISTEN to what users have to say, it's too much. Why is it that very few people are having fun anymore? Is your flexing of power really worth killing a forum? Is it really worth it to stir up more resentment than I've ever seen in my entire life, on an internet forum no less? Is sticking to your guns really the best answer to when everyone seems to have a problem with how things are being run?

UESP, you're my home on the internet, and now that home has turned vile and full of hatred, resentment, and aggression. Something NEEDS to be done. I don't want my home to go to waste. I'd love to leave and never look back, but being as attached as I am, I'll probably stick around for a while to read all of the lovely PMs I'll be getting for this post, and to let myself cool down. But don't think that this is me saying goodbye and then sticking around for a while is just an excuse to speak my mind, it's not. I want to leave this place, but it's so hard, because it used to be so great. So I'm going to try my hardest to keep myself away. But like I've said, I have so many good friends here that I don't want to lose. Forums have a way of keeping people together. Without it I find myself unable to keep up with all of my social ties. But change needs to come, and it needs to come soon.

I'd say goodbye, but dammit, I can't ever leave this place, can I. I'll most likely be still around for a while, unless things get worse - and I feel like they will - so feel free to PM me. Like I said, I'm going to try to distance myself from this place, but we'll see how that goes. I love you all.

For [&@%!] sake, only a small minority are unpleasent dicks that should be banned from interacting with others. But god forbid if something positive is protrayed for we all know gaming is evil and the number one cause for the world's problems. Ignoring a charitable thing because a bunch of gamers did it, is [&@%!] disgraceful! and yet, if it wasn't by gamers, you would have [&@%!] covered it. So here is my message to you. Go and shove your baised view of gaming is evil up your arse, stop being baised and stop trying to show that all gamers are evil people that seek to kill and maim everyone. Because that is just 100% [&@%!] and usually, the problem is far deeper then he/she played COD so it's the main cause. Do some [&@%!] research first. Or better, don't flat out blame games for crimes just because they played a bit of it.

I understand your reasoning for coming to me for skyrim advice, but don't mad anc complain so much especially when it's not the game's fault. Firstly, if you can't read or see any of the texts.. maybe you should get a newer tv or learn to switch your settings like I have to<_< it's an RPG game after all, something that loses alot of it's enjoyment when your running around blind and can't tell what half the stuff your doing is. 2nd, especially don't be complaining that you keep dieing and that everything is too strong.. well yeah your only lv 6 and your answer to everything is to hack and slash. If you've died 3 times trying to fight a giant or his mammoths.. what makes you think it'll be any different. I'm sick to death of my job. It's not just that I'm a fairly hands-on guy stuck in an ops-room, or that our pay is roughly that of a two-star burger flipper at McDog [&@%!]. The higher-ups are constantly 're-organising' things, which always equates to a reduction in manpower, responsibilities and technical capabilities in the tacit assumption or hope that our colleagues in the countries around us will pick up the slack.
How long can this go on for?
I don't know how things look to those working outside the government apparatus, but from where I sit it is painfully obvious that the UK is in terminal decline if we aren't even willing to pay the tiny amount required to operate radio equipment to provide distress and urgency communications cover to the oil fields in the North Sea; the only place generating enough revenue to keep the UK out of the Third World.

But really, shut the [&@%!] up and try to develop a filter so the rest of us don't have to listen to...well, to anything you have to say, actually.
