Not to thread jack this but just recently people say(texas) they found a chupacabra, the goat eater, they have it on video, though I'm still not convinced.

Well its still on the topic of strange creatures so I guess its not that far off topic..
I think the chupacabra is just some mutant dog thingie..people say they've found bodies and heads and stuff, but I'm not sure if they're real.
My Theory: The government is running experiments with Genetics and then letting them loose to see how they do in the wild then recapturing them after awhile.
I'm crazy, I know.

My (slightly more believable) Theory: People want to be the person to discover stuff like bigfoot, so they see a big monkey and assume it's a sasquatch.Zetal wrote:My Theory: The government is running experiments with Genetics and then letting them loose to see how they do in the wild then recapturing them after awhile.
BANG → !

Bigfoot was a guy with wolf-something idk its a disease where theyre completely covered in hair, and his family died, and hes been living out in the woods ever since.
seems legit.

So, Bigfoot is a Guy/Wolf hybrid?

Well, cryptids (like Bigfoot, Lochness monster, etc.) aren't exactly bunk.
There are plenty of cases where undiscovered animals or even animals thought to be extinct for thousands or millions of years, have been found alive and well.
Examples: The colossal squid, the ceolocanth, and the Vietnamese deer (can't remember the exact species name), are examples of one-time cryptids, that are now scientifically accepted and proven (i.e. living specimens found).
However, the infamous Patterson footage (the Bigfoot tape that always comes to mind) is an admitted fraud...but, there have been unidentified hominid/ape hairs found, footprint casts, nesting grounds, etc. found that don't belong to known primates...so the case is still open on Bigfoot really...until those hairs can be matched.
By the way, any Jersey Devil fans (another cryptid), should research on the Hammerhead Bat, and compare it to drawings of the Jersey Devil. I think you'll find an uncanny resemblance.....

I am indeed a master of illusion. However i think the disease we speak of is called atavism.

Full grown male with atavism:

Sadly, my legs are nearly that hairy. Just not that dark.

Whatever the disease is, I still don't think that's the cause...
Most Reasonable yet
It's an evolved primate, a chimp or something that has evolved.

if it had evolved, there would be more, and that is possible, and it also might not be possible, because if there was one evolving, then every monkey in his location would have evolved, making a LOT of bigfoots,The King wrote:Whatever the disease is, I still don't think that's the cause...

and it takes genrations and generations to evolve, it doesnt just happen after a bad acid trip.

I thought that Bigfoot's supposed habitat was from the Pacific North West down to Texas. Now my US geography might be a little rusty but isn't Georgia on the other side of the country?
And though I highly doubt these guys have killed a Bigfoot, I think that however unlikely it is for Bigfoot/Sasquatch/Yetis/Yowies/whatever to exist it is still possible for large animals to exist in the wild unknown.
An example is the Blue Mountains panther which is said to live near where I lived as a young child.
All I'm saying is that it's possible for these things to exist.

And remember that Australia has no known native large cats and these things have been sighted since the 1800's.a 2004 report by New South Wales Department of Agriculture investigator Bill Atkinson, the department's rural NSW-based Agricultural Protection Officer, concluded: "Nothing found in this review conclusively proves the presence of free-ranging exotic large cats in New South Wales, but this cannot be discounted and seems more likely than not on the available evidence."
All I'm saying is that it's possible for these things to exist.
Removed due to size.
