Opal is really beautiful.

I don't do rings unless they're simple.
A lot of men's rings look too strange and bulky.

I can do something like this:

My hair is black, so no. Never been able to color it any lighter than half a shade. You blondes are lucky. ;)

I only own two at this point; I have big fingers (size 9) so it's hard to find one that fits, and I don't wear them all that often. They *are* pretty, though. I was thinking of buying one at a local cultural festival this summer - it had a design that reminded me of the menu screens and stuff in Skyrim - but it was too small.
Here's a picture of my two:

The white one is opal (with two little diamonds on the sides) and white gold. It was a gift from my parents in place of a class ring because they didn't think I'd wear a class ring for long after high school, whereas this one I'll probably wear for many years.
The purple one, I don't remember if it's actual amethyst or not (EDIT: actually, comparing it to my amethyst earrings, it's not), but I know the band is silver. My cousin got it in Afghanistan when she was serving with the National Guard about ten years ago. Unfortunately it only fits my pinky finger now.

Nope. Can't do too much with red hair. But really, I like it the way it is - I've never seen any other redhead with hair as bright as mine - so I'm satisfied without changing it.

Alarra, those are lovely! I like the blue one. :)

My eyes are as dark as my hair. Which means dark shadows are fun to play with. :D

That sounds like a striking combo!
I could do with dark eyes too, to ditract from dark under eye circles. Man I hate those! Anyone know I good way of hiding them? I find concealer just a bit lacking.

I've got 'em pretty bad. It's not so much fun. I don't do much with eye make-up, either - I've only recently begun putting a bit of mascara on, meaning I don't have a whole lot going on to detract from them. It only bothers me when I think about it, though, so I just try not to do that.

You know what works well for them? Cucumber based cooling gels that tighten the skin under the eyes. Also concealer about a shade or so lighter than your foundation. That works well for holding eye shadow in as well. Dohva is a make up expert. :D

I had three rings I loved to wear when I was younger; a gold rose ring with garnets and diamonds that my mother got me for Christmas one year, a pair of opals on a silver band that had belonged to my grandmother, and a tiger's eye ring. Unfortunately, they went missing (my sister claims they fell down the sink when I took them off to shower, but I have my suspicions). Nowadays I just wear my wedding ring; gold Celtic knot with our names engraved alongside.

And I never got much into coloring my hair until I got married; my wife loves to dye hers metallic red, and I go for a darker shade of red than my usual red-blond. Although it's faded out at the moment and I'm not sure whether I'll dye it again or not.

Concealer and foundation is hard to match ur skin. Its either too white or too orange.

I abhor suits. Aside from making me hot and uncomfortable, I don't think they look particularly good. If I had to wear a suit, I'd want a mandarin collar and no tie, but how many times where you have to wear a suit do they let you not wear a tie?

I don't wear a watch because otherwise I become an obsessive clock-watcher, and I think anyone who buys an expensive watch to impress people, or who judges others on their watch is an idiot and a fool.

I have some rings but I tend to never wear them because I just can't get used to the feeling of something on my fingers getting in the way(particularly when I'm typing).

I tend to wear loose but not baggy clothing, as I find anything closer to feel restrictive and exposed.

Shoes, however. Good lord. Mind, I don't collect shoes, but I guarantee I'm the only male here with knee-high raised-heel fur trimmed boots.

I need new pants. Jeans suck, period. They either crush my unmentionables or give me plumber's crack, and they're usually stiff and too tight around the seat; even relaxed fit.

Rawr.

I agree (though only for the orange part, for me). Being a redhead, I have very very pale skin. I always choose the lightest shade of concealer and foundation, but usually it still is a little bit too dark. Back in high school I was in a performance of Dracula, as a vampire woman, and we were putting on stage makeup to try and make ourselves appear pale. The name of the makeup's color was "Vampira", but I actually had to stop putting it on because we discovered that it was actually making my skin darker.

Lol, that's funny alarra! Did u just do it au naturale then?
Do you have red eyebrows? Eyebrow pencil colours are tricky too. They seem to have black, brown or blonde, which is no good if you have an ash colour like mine (and same 4 urs).

Yeah, I just put my regular powder (which actually *is* light enough) on, and then bright red lip gloss and some dark eye makeup.
Yes, I do have red eyebrows (people actually were asking when I posted my first image of myself if I really had hair that red so they were talking about my eyebrows xD). I usually don't do eye pencil, just brown mascara.

Yeh, me neither, but I have a bad habit of fiddling with the right eyebrow and the hairs come out at the thinner end. I usually use a bit of eyeshadow on it.

I love red hair, its my favourite hair colour! I used to have a strawberry blonde colour but when I got to about 12, it lost its warmth. :( I usually get golden highlights now.

The only downside of red hair is the pale skin. And subsequently, the freckles. I don't get them too bad, but still...

I'm fair, but not especially pale. I can get a slight tan, but I burn really easily. As to freckles... my god, all over my bloody face. Not even the center, but along the sides, my jaw. And my chest and arms and hands.

And Aarah, I had the opposite: as a child I had very bright blond hair (almost white-blond) but it got darker as I got older. Kind of a strawberry blond on its own, but it can't decide what color it wants to be. I see light blond/gold in it, deep red, brass and bronze and brown  And it gets blonder in summer, redder in winter and when I'm near the sea.

Test your concealer/foundation on your wrist before purchase ;) Generally a shade or two lighter than your skin tone is preferable imo.

My hair is my natural (very) dark brown at the minute, with extensions! Though I really, really loooove bright red hair, thinking of dyeing it!

As for rings I only wear one ATM, a worry ring with a celtic-design inner bit, it's quite nice looking (and I have something to play with) it was a gift! I've worn various rings, a snake ring (still own it), a pentagram ring (long lost which is sad - I liked it.) Plus various ones I can't remember! I own a bunch of necklaces, mostly with crosses (just like them), a ton of bracelets & wristbands as well.

I have pierced ears (studs), lip, eyebrow and bellybutton. I've also had my nose pierced! No tats, I love them but I have no idea what I'd get (plus they seem painful :( )

I only own like 7 or 8 pairs of shoes, I like skater shoes and converse mostly (which ones I wear depend on outfit!), I also have flats and sandals and steel-toed work boots. I have a ton of different belts for different outfits (plain for work ranging to spikes for going out drinking).

Personally I prefer tight fitting clothing (I'm quite skinny and my boobs are small), and I just go wild. I love bright colors & dresses, though I have an array of darker colored stuff. I go for skinny jeans + tshirt & hoodie for every day though! I own 15+ hoodies (and will prob buy more), I like hats too, winter-hat-toque-things, and regular baseball caps. Got a bunch of sunglasses too!

I also love mixing and matching colorful socks, not many people every get to see this besides me though, but it makes me happy!
