This is truth. I wanted to get Pokemon Emerald earlier this year since it was stolen from me years ago. I was lucky to find it for $20 instead of $35 at a small, local used game store - everywhere else, it's still full price. And this is a game that was out eight years ago.

Got the game today, my goodness the mind blow at running into a pidgey first thing, followed by a pikachu (and accompanying voice), and many other gen 1 pokemon when I was expecting gen 6 ones... I'm gonna enjoy this game. (For those wondering, I got a Frokie, and a grass/poison type that starts with a b and rhymes with mulbasaur.)

Just Super Trained my entire team after resetting them all! Have a Sneasel (will replace with Absol when I find an Absolite), Delphox, Doublade, Jolteon, Aurorus, and Roserade. Can't wait to find some more Kalos Pokemon, they're all so amazing, and I really want a Dragalge on my team.

I haven't had a Pokemon game since Sapphire, but I kinda wish I had a 3ds to get this. The problem for me is that Pokemon is basically the only game I would want to play on a handheld and I could never justify getting it for a single game.

My charmanders usually get named one of Rex, Nibbles, Ralph or Odahviing, everyone else either goes un-nicknamed or gets something equally daft...
