Ipad, galaxy, surface, or kindle? I currently have an ipad and kindle fire but they are 2 years old and cracked, lol.. But curious what other ppl thought was the best way to go.. I'm gonna e switching to a windows phone soon so I been thinking about the surface but I am attached to iPads for their simplicity...

I would say Surface, just because you are getting a windows phone.

Wait for the Surface Mini that should be coming out early next year. Or a Surface 2. It's pretty thin and light, comes with Office and 200GB of Skydrive for a year. Surface Pro 2 is pricey, but not much thicker or heavier and runs legacy windows apps.

Surface Pro. Lots of storage and has a slot for an SD card. It's pretty fast as well as being highly configurable.
