Oh, I would have thought it'd get larger as you get older, E.g. no account for 10 years of your life (created when 10 years old), you are now 40; 1 : 3 (25x3%) ratio, you are now 50, 1 : 4 (20x4%) and so on as the increasing age value is the increasing registered member year value (if you don't get banned/deactivated).
Correct me if I'm wrong, (I didn't bother to calculate it, so I probably am)...
