My PS3 got the yellow light.

I still have the original 60GB PlayStation 3 model and it just gave me the yellow light. I turn it on, it blinks yellow and turns off. However, it only did that for a moment because now it works fine. I ejected my game disc and dusted my whole console out, and it turns on and off fine now. What gives? I thought the yellow light meant death for the console.

Death is a process. When it finally gives up, I'd recommend heat-gunning it. A friend of mine got a year of use out of his by doing that.
