Any news on Elder scrolls 6?

Is there any news on the 6th part? anything at all? Like have they started making one? Where is it set? what changes can we expect etc. anything? It could take 5 years to see 6th part considering previous releases!

No news as of this moment, and I wouldn't expect any for quite some time. The most palpable theory is that Bethesda is currently working on Fallout 4, and won't really begin work in earnest on TES VI until after they finish with that project. This thread might be worth checking out in the meantime.

As Duru said, Bethesda is probably working on Fallout 4 for the next gen systems right now for a release date in 2014 or 2015. I'm pretty sure they are in the middle of development on TES VI since Fallout 4 should be releasing with a year or so, and they've started working on every new TES game after the release of the previous game.

To put it in perspective, Morrowind released in 2002, Oblivion in 2006, Fallout 3 in 2008, Skyrim in 2011. Skyrim was announced for the first time in December of 2010, which is where any kind of substantial information was first heard, including the name.

I would expect Fallout 4 news in the next 2-6 months, but no info on the next TES game until 2015 or 2016 with a launch of 2016/2017.

Honestly I hope that you won't require Steam to play it. I prefer CD drives to downloads.
