havish main quest

So i recently installed havish and its a great mod, but i have no idea how to begin the main quest? Ive asked round about strange happening but cant seem to find a quest chain. The tunnel in the mine is locked and the guard says to find so and so but he dosnet say where on earth he is?

There was a Havish Hints Quests.txt packed in with Havish v1.3.

No oddly enough it has no hints for the main quest, only the guild quests.

Huh thats odd, it doesn't say that in the notes i have..... so where exactly is the admin office? is it in the mine or somewhere else?

I have no idea where it is.
It was a hint file not a walk through.
