Kick his ass, Hissien. No matter what your parents, your morals, or your better judgement may tell you, violence is always the right answer.

Listen to Br3ad, he's almost (never) right about everything Hissien.

If you are responding to Hissien, that was an incredibly insensitive thing to do, and I am disappointed. If you are talking about yourself without explaining anything, we already know your love life is going great for you, and your happy and in love, for the moment; it isn't for Hissien. Let him vent.

I don't think you want to hear what I have to say in response to that. I would say things that while in your best interest, you probably don't want to hear, or..er..read. So do what you think is best, and if you want to know what I actually think, which you probably don't, PM me.

Anyway, if you have problems, don't advertise that you don't. That's what I say.

Frosty, perhaps its time to stop making excuses and let the responsibility fall on her, where it should be right now anyway, not with you.

I'll say it if no one else will.

Frosty, I have a slightly different perspective - if she's really, genuinely depressed, you really need to cut her some slack. I know from personal experience that people in this kind of situation don't always think clearly, can't always ask for help or really express their feelings and often really need to hear "I'm here". I'm not trying to tell you what to do, I don't know either of you well enough for that, but if your Heavenly has a legitimate problem with depression, this may be just her running away to avoid felling hopeless. This is exactly what I do in an emotionally hard situation, and I'm twice her age.

No, Dovah's right. Frosty has given her so much slack that she has the entire rope. I'm still not going to say what needs to be said to Frosty though unless he asks.

Br3ad, none of us is actually there and knows what's actually happening, so I would leave that decision to Frosty. All I'm saying is, people who are struggling with genuine depression can sometimes come off as selfish pricks, just because they can't express what's going on with them properly (and that's even more true when we're talking about depressed teenagers). Only Frosty can tell if this applies to his girl, or not.

I agree. For the record, no offense guys, but I won't be taking advice from any of you, you just aren't me and you don't know her like I do. Probably shouldn't even post these kinds of things in this thread because I get everyone's expert opinion on relationship problems.

Frosty, I just want to say that I don't feel this is my "expert opinion", this is just what I've got after dealing with depression as both the person who is depressed and a person who is trying to help a depressed friend. I have no idea what your girl is really going thorough and how you feel about it, but I just think it's worth remembering that sometimes two people see the same thing from very different perspective, and if you add a mental problem, like depression, to the mix, it's not always possible to analyze it in rational terms.

Personally I'd hate if someone else - boyfriend, girlfriend or otherwise - started posting (deeply) personal [&@%!] about me on the internet. So, yes, I'd suggest stop posting but not because of the 'expert advice' that I mostly agree with - you can't continue to blame everything on her depression, especially seeing as it only seems to be getting worse every time you post about it; you need to find outside help, really - but because of the aforementioned reason I just gave.

And, no that's not expert advice; I'm no expert. But what you seem to post on a regular basis here really does leave me genuinely concerned.

I guess I just want people to wish me good luck on getting through this I guess. With complicated issues like these I don't think my first thought would be to tell people what to do about them.

Yeah, I'd agree there. There are some things you shouldn't be plastering all over the internet.

Well to most of us, it looks like she's cheating on you, so why wouldn't we try to tell you what we think? We don't want to see this end badly for you.

Guys, there's a difference between saying "this girl did that" and an anonymous guy posting some things about his equally anonymous girlfriend on some message board.

And no, it doesn't look like she's cheating, it looks like two teenagers have no idea what they're doing, which is par for the course at this age. Give Frosty a break and wish him luck, guys.

Being flirty with an ex for a very long period of time after cheating in the past, and now going to prom with him? That doesn't look like cheating?

@Frosty, just post that you'd like us to wish you luck then. Don't go into detail unless you want advice to come after.

@Dzio: no disrespect, but he's posted her name, his name, two pictures of her, multiple pictures of himself, and where he lives, so it's not that anonymous.

@Everyone: let's drop it as has now been asked of us by Frosty.

good luck, frosty. you got this!

so my stepmom is being an utter [&@%!] lately. my phone got trapped in the arm of the loveseat and i was upset because /my phone is my [&@%!] alarm in the morning/, and i got told that i was selfish for being upset over it. i told her that i really resent that because, like i'd said about three times, /it's my [&@%!] alarm in the morning and the reason i woke up late was because my alarm was stuck in the [&@%!] couch/, and she said that i start saying that when she tells me the ""truth"", it's ""unfair"". no. every time something bad happens to me specifically, i'm suddenly selfish and don't care about anything but myself, according to her.

@Musicman - that's actually an interesting case of "what is anonymous?". I only saw one picture of them together, I have no idea where they live and I don't care, so I'd have to put some serious effort into uncovering their identity. To me that says "anonymous". But you're right, with enough digging I could possibly figure out what that girl's name and address was.

On the other hand, I had a guy find my Facebook profile once, knowing nothing more than my online handle "dzio".

There's a backstory behind that. First, she never cheated, not sure where you got that one. Second, he's one of the only friends she has and she doesn't want to lose him, and right now she feels like if she tells him to stop being such a horny [censored] he won't like her anymore. She's a really complicated person, and I try my best to tell her that she shouldn't talk to him, but things can still change.

Okay, now let's drop it.

That sucks moonsugar :c
