Using MGSO and sneak toggle not working?

Post by vapd »

Hi,

I'm working on a fresh install of Morrowind and MGSO 3.0. Thats all I've got so far and the sneak toggle does not work even though I've re checked the code patch options that it is enabled.

I've also noticed that shop vendors should have stopped putting on stuff I sell them, again due to an option in code patch, but they are still doing this. I am wondering if other bits are not working as well!

I've also tried installing Rebirth and followed the instructions to the letter and it really screws everything up. Something is really not right!

I'm using windows 7 by the way. And I did follow the instructions for installing MGSO: to the letter!

Any ideas?

I'm running MGSO 3.0 with Windows 7 and my sneak mode works just fine. Try re-applying all patches with Morrowind Code Patch again or uninstall MGSO (make sure all files are deleted) and try installing it again. I haven't tried "Morrowind Rebirth", but running two major overhauls at the same time is just asking for trouble. I'll say, pick one and ditch the other.

Thanks for the reply. I'll try your suggestions.

But I have to ask: When you say your sneak mode works fine do you also mean that it toggles on and off?

Yeah, I only need to tap the "Ctrl"-key once to enter sneak mode and then tap it again to get out of it. I don't need to hold the "Ctrl"-key to stay in sneak mode.

Cool, I will have to try a few things then. Because mine does not do that!
