Outside the guardhouse
Niralie put her hand over her wound once again. This time, she tried to ignore the fact that it was
her shoulder laid open to the bone, to push aside the pain and focus on the injury itself, as if she were simply healing one of her companions. This seemed to work. Another wave of pain threatened to break her concentration once again, but it eased quickly as the spell finally took hold. Niralie took a deep, shuddering breath of relief as the wound closed and new, tender skin grew to replace that which had been lost. When she was done, she sat up and moved around her arm experimentally. She wouldn't be able to swing a sword for a couple days, she knew, but at least it was mostly healed.
She turned her attention to her companions and was surprised to find new arrivals nearby. The thrice-damned Imperial that had cut her was nowhere in sight, but the Nord was walking toward her group, apparently unarmed. And Psyfalia still had a broken arm. Niralie stood, slightly unsteady with exhaustion. "Let's get that arm taken care of now," she announced. She could cut the bottom hem of her robes to use as a makeshift sling - the thing was ruined anyway, what with the shoulder being torn up and bloodstained - and she could probably find a sturdy, straight stick nearby to use as a splint.
