Here's why. There are plenty of fans showing why this is a bad idea. Plus whoelse would you be? Kaiden or Ashley? Ha.

That was a neat idea, but I still think the endings are okay once you apply extended cut and maybe a bit o' headcanoning.

Seriously, there's more to the game than just the endings.

It's not a bad idea and is interesting imo. I mean, it would have shown that Shepard is falling from grace in order to save the galaxy again and would have caused him/her to realise what they've become.

The endings are weak but i consider ME3 to be the ending not just it's generic endings that pulled out a plot device out of it's arse at the last moment.

Yeah, but that doesn't exactly account for the 95% of awesome that the rest of the game is.

Plus, that multiplayer. <3

So, any theories on what Mr. Thax did for a business on Illium? His representative certainly didn't come off as your typical Krogan.

My theory is that Thax is the mastermind of that most insidious of galaxy-wide businesses: fast food. He's the founder and CEO of the Fishdog Food Factory. The shipment you found at the spaceport when first looking for Samara pertained to several crates of Tummy Tinglin' Tuchanka Sauce.

This is one of the many things I ponder while shooting the heads off gun-toting robots.

Baurus: Our job is to get the Emperor out of situations like this. Though I'll admit, things aren't going exactly to plan.

Casandra: At the moment, the deadliest weapon at my disposal is a goblin's head on a stick. I'd be worried if this was the plan.

Everybody's Shepard thinks different, that is why it's a bad idea. Who are you, not saying you but really anyone, to tell me that mh Shepard would even think about this.

What is your opinion on rabbits?

Post by Dark Spark »

True 'dat.

My Paragon is a Spacer War Hero, and he may have certainly fallen down Saren's path when trying to fight the Reapers. You know, devotion to duty, risk, sacrifice, finding a way.

My Renegade is a Colonial Sole Survivor. Farmgirl who saw friends, family and fellow Marines hauled off as meat or eaten on the spot. She knows better than to try outwitting monsters at their own game.

Case in point: Mordin in ME2.

My Renegade farmgirl? She stood in dumbstruck awe of the doctor, especially when they hit Tuchanka. 'Dumb' may be the operative word in that description, I fear. I think there's a bullet with Mordin's name on it in the future. And she may just be carrying it.

But with my Paragon navy brat? He butted heads with Mordin. Every turn of the way inside that cursed hospital. He walked out of there with a real sense of disconscernation towards the doctor. But I think that will make the drop of flame touch ever deeper.

If there was a different ending, I would have preferred the dark energy idea they thought about.

They kind of already explained it. Kind of. Or at least they tried to.

I've just read a part of the original script for ME3 and what the [&@%!] Bioware? That scene would have been excellent and Kai Leng or whatever his name is would have come off as one sadistic [&@%!]. It would have showed that hard choices always have to be made and would have been interesting to see Shepard lose another member of his crew. This isn't really a spoiler as it's from the original script. Saw it on Bioware's forums as i've taken to lurking on there.

Killing team members who may be the only of their type in a game with such a small team is generally a bad idea.

The last scene on the Asari homeworld.

Bread, i understand that it would have [&@%!] some people over but it would have had a lot of impact on the player due to them growing attached to the two teammates and would actually force you to make a hard choice as that is one of the things ME3 lacks, if i remember correctly. That said, that may apply to the entire franchise as i can't remember if all the choices boil down to Paragon or Regenade.

Going to start the first Mass Effect on PC soon. Any tips or hints I should be aware of?

The pointy end goes in first.

Ah, yes. I do recall hearing a news station call this game an 'Alien [&@%!] Simulator.'

Oh, that's just if you're into dextro-amino acid species instead of levo.

In other news, a pair of Mk.X SCRAM rails coupled with cyrogenic ammunition? Non-stop fun.

Ah yes, "Alien [&@%!] Simulator". We have dismissed that claim.

ME is not a shooter. It's pretty much be careful with your shots due to the weapon over heating and use tatics. Oh and bang Liara for blue alien sex. Oh yeah. Oh like no-one else had their shep taste the assari.

Not that much of a xenophile, and even if I was, Liara would be at the bottom of a very long list.

Besides, I don't that was the joke Dark meant. It's just a common snide comment when someone asks for help in a fantasy setting.

I like Liara although i will admit her voice actor should have put in a lot more effort as i think she has two tones. It's been almost a year since i've heard Liara so may be wrong.

Never ever felt a thing about Liara. Too dry, too creepy.

Shiala, on the other hand, was kinda hot. Because Despite that her Thorian-spawned clones kept trying to kill me.
