So after years of Vanilla, I decided to spice things up a bit and installed MGSO, Silgrad Tower and Tamriel Rebuilt Sacred East. MGSO of course includes Better Faces and Better Bodies mods.
Since installing these mods I've only played the Silgrad and TR landmasses, so I don't know if this applies to Vvardenfell, but I've noticed something that strikes me as strange. Not all faces, and to a lesser extent bodies, have been updated by the mods. Sometimes I'll see vanilla faces and modded faces in the same area or even a small interior room.
Has anyone else noticed this, and is there a fix for it?

You would need to install one of the pluginless replacers to affect changes everywhere. I am fairly certain Better Faces Heads do not affect mod installed content. I use Vvardenfell Visages http://mw.modhistory.com/download--11530 along with Better Faces Heads to make sure mod added content gets new faces too, and to add a touch bit more variety.

Does Vvardenfell Visages override Better Faces as well?

No it do not override Better Heads. Since BH is an ESP based mod and VV is an pluginless replacer, BH will always win that fight. However, anything NOT touched by BH will be affected by VV and hence the reason I use the two in combination. Let us say that mod C adds in a few new NPCs, but assigns them default heads. VV as pluginless replacer will change those heads, whereas BH will not.

Cool. I'll have to try it then. Thanks for the advice.
Edit: Downloaded and installed but still find original faces here and there.

The system can be complicated. It's very important that you get mods / files written in the right order = the last one written is the one to rule.

For those interested in a pluginless replacer, Westly has just released his: Westly's Pluginless Head and Hair Replacer_Complete
