Everyone complaining about paypal should use moneybookers, because it allows you to transfer money to your account in minutes with bank transfer wich takes days in with paypal. I and many of my friends have used paypal but switched to moneybookers because it's just simply better.

@anttiko - PayPal has instant transfers too, I can get money into my account in 5 minutes. But yeah, it's nice to have an alternative payment method available.

So far the sale gave me some good games:

Dark Souls is amazing (sure, it could be considered the worst port in the history of games, but if you have a controller, I'm using a DualShock 3, it's completely playable), it takes what was good with Demon's Souls, expand it, remove the grinding and makes an awesome game. The open world aspect is interesting at first, but I'm lost now, you never know where is a good and possible place to go. But it's really a sequence to Demon's, hard, unforgiving and locks away it's lore and mechanics like it's the last piece of turkey in christmas.

Portal 2, not much to say really, an awesome game, be it the singleplayer or the co-op campaign. Have yet to try the community maps.

Borderlands 2, good like the first one, but it seems the magic of borderlands is already wasted, it's more of the same, but now the guns are so weirds that you can't base on the stats alone, you need to equip it and shoot it to see if it's worth or not. And a lot harder if you want to play solo, I've finished the first one solo without problems, but in 2 I'm suffering at the first bosses...

Terrarria, if you like exploring amazing randomly generated content, this is the game for you, it begun as Minecraft in 2D, but it's more "gamey" than MC, it's hard and have amazing bosses, lot of crafting options too. The most apparent downside is that if you want to play online, you need to know the I.P. of the host, something archaic.

And that's what I bought so far.

I like how you consider Dishonoured to be a more questionable purchase than a bloody Sonic Adventure game.

Civ V Deluxe, Civ V: Brave New World, and Terraria. Yeah, I'm boring, sue me.

Dishonored is a fantastic stealth game with a great in-game setting, and for $13 (for the game and DLC) it is well worth the price. I like the story, and I love the combat, stealth, and setting.

Sonic Adventure 2 Battle is also the best sonic game ever (and the last good one). So hush.

@Mars, I liked FTL for the first 10 hours, can't seem to get into it anymore. Depends too much on luck to me.

I'm willing to bet Adventure 2 is a far less impressive game than the one you played years ago. You might be safe if you skip every cutscene I guess.

I guess I don't understand where you're coming from, as I'm not sure if there's any difference between the two, or maybe you're talking if I'll see it differently. We'll see about that, I guess, but I am not going to play it right away.
