My buddy Tyler plays RuneScape as "Total Rune"

Unfortunately, he isn't on very much, as he works in Alberta, and is only home after 45 days of work, for 21 days off.

When he comes back for his 21 days off I'll direct him to this topic.

A few quick notices, due to the fact that this thread is growing quite large in popularity, there is only 1 possible thing we can do. No, not lock the thread, but throw a party!, thats right, a party on Runescape. I say...about Two-o'clock (EST). I'm still working on the place to throw it...any ideas would be appreciated.

Also, I will be sending a PM to Deandra asking her to stiky this, and the KOL thread, (I have to be fair right

). So, I'll edit in her answer as soon as I get it.

Lastly, for those of you who dont know, Jagex is releasing a new Guild into the Runescape world, the Runecrafting guild, which, personally, I think is a waste of bytes, but thats my opinion...

I happily misread it as, that you can make guilds in Runescape

However, i hate the new tutorial, always running back and forth, back and forth, back an..Zzzzzz
The old one were much better.

We could throw the party at my house if I ever decide to stop training defence. (that thing in my sig wont change, I am at 10.5m right now)
I think the rc guild could be kind of cool. Don't know how, but Jagex will think up something.

And oathbreaker just become a member already. $5 a month is nothing and you will gain xp four times faster. (and I still think you are getting way ahead of yourself lol)

Good thing Arch is gonna be fluent in everything. Locked Mind is always gonna be locked out of that guild. xD He's got a 1 in runecrafting.

I can't wait for the RC guild. I have 56 RC so I should be fine. And what's up with all these new people playing now? It must be a side effect of the awesome fullscreenageness of RS now! And just become a member oath! It is so cheap!

Yeah yeah... but... I'm just weird like that.

There's one thing I need to do for sure first though, and that's get 600k so that I can afford all the items that I'll be buying when I become a member. As soon as I become one, I'm buying those items. The rest I won't need to buy.

But uh... how exactly does one go about getting a full set of Granite (including the maul)? And how much does it cost? That's the one set of items I haven't accounted for yet. All the other stuff I'm getting is pretty cheap for the most part.

About the party... even at the soonest I won't be able to become a member for around a month. I'm not doing it until I finish moving.

Rc guild sounds good..
but,i doubt it would replace the abyss...unless it was another way to the abyss or something,my RC is 32

i won't get it,..i don't mind really,Rc ain't my favourite skill,yet...

And i hit 75fletch yesterday

Gonna take a lil break and go do a quest or two,family crest and shilo village more then likely
Then spin all my 11,000 flax and then buy yews and nats,fletch,alch,buy more and go straight for 80

No I haven't become a member, yet. And sadly, I don't think I will play runescape. I tried, it, and believe me, I wanted to like it, but it was just too damn laggy. 4kbs AOL dial-up.

You lagged in RS!?!?!?!?!?!? That can't happen lol! Did you try bringing down all the video effects and not play in fullscreen?
I am just amazed to hear that you lag in RS on a site about Oblivion (unless you have it on an xbox lol)

And my computer lags on it a lot too, though not that badly. It's not my connection at all, it's just that I've got a really terrible computer which I wish had a face that I could rip off once in a while.

Don't worry, he'll be back... they always are.

Once they have faster connections that is.

Grrr, I admire your dedication to Defence, Quigle... I'm already a bit frustrated at how slow it feels to get Attack from 60 to 70... I'm at 63 right now I think, lol.

Oh yea I forgot that fullscreen was members only. You all need to upgrade your computers. I just upgraded from 512mb to 2G RAM for $50 on my laptop and it is awesome! And I am going to get a rerouter for my room.

For those who are not members...Resizable screens just came out..I like this more then fs because I can acctually play the resized browser without the lag I get from fs.

Yea this will be a great update for F2P. And this lets me play in near fullscreen but still allow me to watch youtube, UESP, do homework, ect.
