Hi, I am new here and need some advice.
I built a house in Balmora and use it for storing stuff. Now I want to change the interior. Am I trying to do the impossible or is there a way without messing up the saved game?
I tried collecting all items from the first room in the interior of my MOD and moving them to another room in the same interior and saved the game with my character outside the house.
Then I modified that room and saved. When I loaded the saved game I got an error message that the plugin had changed and when I entered the house some walls where missing.
Thanks.

I would try to find a helpful modder. You might find one in http://morrowind.nexusmods.com//?
Look for someone who's done building, interiors, and such. Best of luck.

Re: Changing a MOD used in a saved game
Thanks for the reply's
I think I got it fixed by using the "McG Simple Portable House" mod to transfer my items. What I did was transfer all my items to the Simple Portable House and saved a new game while in an exterior. Then I duplicated the mod and deleted the interior and exterior door markers. After that I opened both the old and the new (duplicated) mods in the Construction Kit, copied the interior from the old mod to the new one and saved. Then opened the new mod only and added the door markers. Next I transferred all my items and saved a new game.
So far this seems to work.

Re: Changing a MOD used in a saved game
There are actually a couple ways to fix this issue. Firstly I would make sure you have AllowYesToAll=1 in your Morrowind.ini under General, this will allow you to not have to click yes for each and every error (do not worry, all errors are still listed in Warnings.txt). Just saving the game again will make this specific error message go away. Myself, I would use Wrye Mash and update the save game file masters list, and then use the repair all feature on the save game. After that load the save and check to see that all is well. If all is not well, it may be best to move anything out of the house you want to keep, save the game while NOT inside the house and exit, disable the mod (launcher or mash), update the save to NOT use that mod (mash) and then and repair the save (mash), re-enable the mod (mash or launcher), renter the game and enter your house and arrange things as you want them.
