Immediately striking me is Pinewatch, it is, in a 'very small way' linked to the thieves guild, namely you're sent there on a thieves guild side-quest. It's a hideout, and within it is a concealed sanctuary which no-one else knows about.

Similarly, it could be Cragslane Cavern or Liars Retreat, for very similar reasons... I'm getting a strong bandit-theme here though... I could be very cold, too
