New Street Station, I know that you're the busiest station in Europe and would probably be the busiest in the world if not for Asia. I know that you weren't really well-equipped for the amount of people you see every day and urgently needed renovations. I know that sleek white modernity is the way to go with interior designs these days and I'm not saying it looks bad or anything. But did you really have to shift your entrances and your escalator up to the Pallasades around and not make it clear that you'd done so? I spent far longer than I'm willing to admit darting between this baffling cut-off section between your two platform hubs trying to figure out where my beloved Victoria Street entrance had gone and I found it very awkward hunting down my companion for the day because of it. If you'd maybe been a little more considerate of your long-time users that have gotten used to certain absolutes in your operation and design and had set up some kind of easily-spotted signposted service to accommodate them then it would have been much appreciated but as it stands I find your reluctance to support this fairly large demographic inconsiderate. And I also find it very odd that you have relocated all of your culinary services to the "national" hub of the station. I'm well aware that the majority of people passing through the station are from outside of the West Midlands area and that they are also more likely to purchase refreshments but did you not consider that by making your products difficult to access for local passengers you eliminate the convenience factor that justifies their increased pricing?

Okay chaps, I have quiet a rant in-store, maybe not a rant you'll expect. It's not a mad rant, but a happy one. And before you start buggin it about, just sit down or fly off.

I am so happy that I am finally done with my spring semester, more happy than a tree that discovered it could walk. Why is that relevant, who bloody cares! I went through so much hassle doing that public speaking class, nobody ever really likes it. Some people seem to fly by at ease while others are told to eat soup without using a spoon, oh and did I forget that they don't have any hands either?

Now I'm not saying it's not impossible for a class, even my philosophy class was harder, but it's not something you can sit back and pretend that you care, bc you bloody well should! My college classes ate up so much of my schedule that I am finally glad to say "I found someone else..". You say that to yourself, but you know you'll be crawling back after the summer trying to patch things up. To be honest, college is like an ex gf, it never leaves you alone and loves calling you at night.

But I digress, I did it, I made it through another semester and I for one get to keep my financial aid. And so with that I give a pat on the back, eat a cookie, and raise my hands in the air and clap together like a trained seal, clap, clap, clap "Arf!"

So, today I learned that back when I was in 9th grade my parents and two of my older brothers got in a serious argument with them trying to tell my parents that I was depressed and my parents saying I wasn't and refusing to take me to a therapist or something to see if I am. Now, it appears that my twin brother remembers all this going on, but I have no recollection. Flash forward to now, and I'm freaking [&@%!] that my parents didn't do anything, because I was in a mental hole back then. I'm still feeling depressed and all that sometimes, but it was the worst back then. I want to know why the heck my parents didn't, I'll tell you why, no one in my family lifts a finger unless they have to, unless it presents a clear and immediate danger. So my parents are dang lucky I didn't try to kill myself back then, because odds are I would have gotten away with it.

The only reason I didn't try to was because I had a crush on one of the girls in my theater class and decided that I would keep myself semi-sane by making it my goal to end up with her, naturally the crush I had on this one got nowhere because I never really got to know her. Stupid reason I know, but it worked for me. Then Friend-Girl was the reason I've been fine, and now that she's moved away and seems to be ignoring my texts, life is starting to suck again and I'm getting stressed out about the future.

But back to my point, my family is so lazy, but they see me as the lazy one. My family has a terrible history with school as a result, my parents were great with it but my siblings have all had trouble. But now my parents will talk about painting something, or rebuilding something, or losing weight when you just had to get an anagram when you weigh 400+lbs, my dad undoubtedly won't. My dad has been saying he'll burn his weight for the past 8 freaking years! He then asks me to clean his office for him because he can't get under his desk to vacuum, to tie his shoes for him since he can't see them! How hard is it to stick to a diet? To not get the double quarter pounder with cheese, large fries and a diet Coke? We have a 28 mile trail behind our house that he can go walking on, a bow-flex, a treadmill, a stationary bike, and he doesn't even make the trek all the way to the basement to use any of them.

Enough about my dad though, it's just how my entire family is, they won't focus on something for too long, or they'll say they'll do something and not. A couple years back my eldest brother would come over every other day all summer, saying that he'll fix our sprinkler system, but he spent all of those days sleeping on the couch. My next oldest said that he would fix our deck while he lived here for 3 years, never even touched the deck at that time. It drives me nuts, but not just that, but then if I don't do something they'll all gang up on me calling me the laziest person in the world, and if I ever do something, they won't thank me, they'll give me something else to do. And they wonder why I don't try to do anything. As Napoleon Bonaparte once said, "the easiest way to keep your word is never to give it." Unlike my family, I won't lie about going to do something.

They are literally worse at their jobs than heroin addicts. If I was actually paying for this service I'd have a mind to write a strongly worded letter to my local councillor.

[&@%!] T-Mobile and their [&@%!] content lock! The [&@%!] have made it impossible for me to [&@%!] unlock it. To unlock it you either have to do it via a credit card, use a number(i think) or do it via your account but that is only if you are a pay monthly customer. I am not. I'm a pay as you go one and I use mobile broadband as my broadband. [&@%!], the lot of them. I can't access the chat on here or some blogs because of the [&@%!] lock. Oh and [&@%!] but that is very obvious. Why the [&@%!] didn't they put it in the settings? As not everyone who uses it is under 18. I'm bloody 20 and should not be subjected to a content lock! May switch to another provider as this dongle has been playing up a lot recently and to avoid a content lock. Or buy another one and get the content lock unlocked in one of their shops. Can't do it with the current one as i just know i will either accidentally break the sim or lose it.
