Welcomes and Goodbyes

There's also a link waaay at the bottom of the screen, right above the ad. I didn't realize it was there till I accidentally clicked it while on a desktop computer today. It apparently decided that the mobile version was my new preference, and was so stubborn about it that I finally had to delete my cookies.

Anyway, welcome to the forums!

On the mobile version there is a button and a link at the very bottom to change back to the full style.

I clicked that, and it would switch me back to the full style, but it would log me out in the process. If I went to a different site for a while, when I came back here, it would be back to the mobile version (whether logged in or not). That's what I meant by "stubborn".

Sigh... You did it UESP. You [&@%!] did it. And I was so close too. But who am I kidding... I don't think I could ever really leave. I just got bored and remembered that all of my internet friends are on here... Got kind of lonely. Well I'm back now... Huh...

We're good at [&@%!] things up. Welcome back, Frosty!

You're not the first, I've seen dozens of the same misdirected attempts to find happiness through internet abandonment, and in the end it comes down to realizing it's not the thing that's actually a "problem" for you.
Anyway, everyone ends up coming back, so glad to see it didn't take you five years just to make your way back to the internet.

Oh trust me, it wasn't the internet. I've been on other forums the whole time I've been gone. No, just a UESP break.

JakeTheDragonslayer · Tue Jun 25, 2013 12:11 pm

Hello everyone. I've been using the UESP/browsing the forums since 2006 when I picked up Oblivion. I poured well over 2,000 hours into that game and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to 2011 and I moved on to Skyrim. I've been playing it on-again off-again since its release, and recently decided to get back into it. This website is an invaluable tool when needing information about the game, whether it be about quests, followers, items, or anything really. Along with that I've always enjoyed browsing the forums, and so decided finally to make an account so I can post in the topics.

See you guys in Tamriel.

The Dovah welcomes Jake and warns him not to attempt to slay him or he'll ask again politely and keep asking him untill he stops.

Hello..

I am new. When can I set an avatar? I don't seem able to at the moment..

POMC S117 · Post by **POMC S117** » Fri Jun 28, 2013 12:02 pm

Welcome to the forum, Maline.

First, you need to have ten posts to get an avatar. Alternatively, you can ask a moderator to confirm you as a user.

Post by **Musicman247** » Fri Jun 28, 2013 12:22 pm

Welcome, Maline! Your Welcome PM should have explained where you can find answers to your avatar question. Glad to have you!

Gideon Dragontongue · Post by **Gideon Dragontongue** » Fri Jun 28, 2013 3:53 pm

Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. I don't recall getting a welcome PM. Where's mine? How am I supposed to know how all this stuff works?

Also, greetings and salutations, Maline.
