TLD, Hissien - Necromancy hasn't been banned by the Guild yet, that happened just before Oblivion, this RP takes place before Morrowind.

Katien nodded. "A-Ah.." She said, rubbing her head. "S-Sorry.." She mumbled looking down.

"There is no need to apology, Katien. You were simply curious and we answered you. I know you are scared. I am as well. If we are dealing with a nercomancer, i fear that we will have to fight many of the undead and the nercomancer or nerocmancers." Psyfalia said to Katien. She walked to her and started to walk at her side in an attempt to comfort her. The tall altmer towered over her but instead of being imposing, she often came off as a comforting and kind woman.

Katien looked at the imposing tall woman. She stepped back from here worriedly. "D-Don't c-come n-near." She muttered shyly, looking down.

"I..I didn't mean to scare you." Psyfalia said in horror. "I mean you no harm and please don't judge me by my height." She said in a kind voice whilst walking next to Katien. It was times like these that she hated being tall.

Hidden:

Wrong person. Thought she healed Katien but it was someone else.

Hidden:

Lolnope she didn't heal her. Katien as a rule does not let others heal her unless she trusts them.

Katien continued stepping from the Altmer. "D-Don't come near." She muttered again. "A-Are.. y-you d-deaf?"

It was someone else that she healed. Have amended the post.

"I don't intend to harm you. I know i can seem imposing but please, don't be scared of me." Psyfalia said to Katien. The tall Altmer was determined to convince the woman that she had no reason to fear her. She opened her leather satchel and retrieved a sweetroll. "Katien, do you want this sweetroll?" She asked in a kind and caring tone. The sweetroll was fresh and Psyfalia had been saving it for later. It was covered in a small clean cloth to avoid making a mess inside her satchel.

Katien looked at the sweetroll, then at the Altmer. "N-No.. t-thank y-you." She mumbled, her politeness shining though.

"You sure? It's still fresh and very delicous but if you don't want it, then i won't force the issue." Psyfalia said in the same caring tone.

Katien shook her head once more. "N-No thanks!"

Psyfalia put the sweetroll away and said "Okay, but the offer still stands if you are hungry later."

Well we know who is going to die first... the bosmer thought darkly. The Druid pulled his cowl, a forest green hood, over his head, just in case some lingering ash decided to blow in.

"Ummm, excuse me." Valentia piped up as she took her book out. "You mentioned something called 'Telvanni'? What is that, exactly?"

"Psyfalia." Psyfalia replied to Fornar before answering Valentia's question. "They are one of the great houses of Morrowind. They don't care about anyone else apart from themselves and are known for their magic. They rule Eastern Morrowind and have their council seat in Sadrith Mora.They are based in the island city of Port Telvanis. Apparently, they live in great towers which require Leviatation to access." Psyfalia had learned this from a book that she read during her spare time.

'Telvanni, eh? I used to be one of them, didn't last long though. Do you know about their crime laws?', Fornar said.

"I think they are the same as the rest of the laws of Morrowind." Psyfalia remarked as the group walked.

'No, what happens is if you steal from a member, it's a fight to the death to determine the victor, and whoever wins is obviously better so they stay, even if the criminal wins. Well let's just say I was the criminal in this situation, I just didn't die,' Fornar laughed at his own remark.

Gaenidil laughed. "They might be a bit eccentric and harsh but nowhere will you find a better place to learn about rare magic." He said, he didn't care too much for Telvanni but they knew how to make an elf thirsty for magical knowledge.

"Whilst I am curious to what magic they possess that the Mage's Guild does not, i suspect i am best off not inquiring about it lest I earn the wrath of that house." Psyfalia replied whilst rummaging through her satchel. She retrieved her sweetroll from it and took it out of it's cloth then began to eat it.

"I actually represent the mages of Alinor as an ambassador to the Telvanni, and have done for the past 18 years - They aren't the easiest to get along with, as progress through their ranks is largely made by backstabbing and intrigue, mixed in with magical knowledge and lots of ambition, but provided you can avoid all that it's a fascinating opportunity for study, although morals are not their strong point as most of their practices are quite despicable, slavery being a notable example, but mostly they can't look beyond themselves and their own power, power being the only thing they respect."

Italics are speech, thoughts are noted as such. I have edited the post to say he's speaking now...

Hidden:

On this board we usually use italics text to show thoughts. Eg. 'I' talking to myself,' thought Velvet. And standard text to show speech. Eg. "I'm talking to you," said Velvet. Either Bold or Italics are usually used for telepathy. Eg. I'm talking to you ... With my mind, Velvet thought at X.

I don't think there's any set rule (or any set rule that's enforced) but it's a lot easier for other players to understand your post if you stick to the established norms. I'm not saying you have to. I'm just saying it'd be easier for us and there would be less misunderstandings if you did.
