Thinking about this thread I realize that I've played many video games and also not finished many of them. One more to add to the list. Breath of Fire III.

Most games I haven't finished are just too hard for me, but a few are just so bad that they're not worth it.
NES: Ninja Gaiden, Castlevania III, Dragon's Lair, Batman, Zelda II, Mega Man (1&2) and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
SNES: F-Zero and the Super Star Wars games.
N64: Donkey Kong 64, Superman 64 and Castlevania.
There are probably more, but these are the only games I can think of at the moment.

Two Call of Duty games (don't remember which ones they were)
Heavy Rain
Star Wars Kinect
Shivering Isles on Oblivion. I don't know why but I've been to it at least 3 times and each time it was a game ending experience for me :\

I actually haven't finished all of the AoEII campaigns legit, like without cheating. Some of them are really hard.

I still haven't finished The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind: Game of the Year Edition, Neverwinter Nights Diamond Edition or The Temple of Elemental Evil after having owned all three of those games for the greater part of seven or eight years. I also haven't finished Theresia, which my mother got me for either my birthday or Christmas a couple years ago. I haven't finished Mechwarrior 4: Vengeance or Starcraft either now that I think about it. I will get around to each one eventually I suppose.

GTA San Andreas - I simply couldn't tell where to go... then not too long ago I picked up my PS2 controller and actually found out where the next job was, but I still never made it to the final mission... Perhaps I'll finish it one day, all in good time... I have been playing it for 8 years now.

Necronomicon - Dawning of Darkness: Simply, I don't where to go and I won't read a walkthrough because it will make it too easy.

Oblivion. Never went past the Bruma gate. (Finished KotN and SI though.)

Singularity. Just stopped playing a bit after I got the TMD.

Borderlands 2. I genuinely have no idea why I stopped with this one because it's a really good game.

Fallout: New Vegas. The main quest wasn't all too exciting, to be honest. I preferred messing around in the city.

Don't tell me that your heart is breaking,
Don't tell me that you feel alone,
Just run until your legs start shaking,
Don't stop until you hit the floor!
And I hope one day,
We find our way,
'Til then we got an awful lot to lose,
So get up and move!

I do that in Vegas all the time. But I have beat it. Haven't played a whole lot of Borderlands.

I haven't finished Morrowind, Two Worlds, (Want to finish that one soon) Forza 3 and Horizon, Dirt 3, Metro 2033, Point Lookout for Fallout 3, I've never gotten past the medieval era in Civilization 5, Avernum, (Sorry Archea.) or Fallout New Vegas.

...Yeah, I need to get around to beating those games.

The main reason I haven't beaten it is because I have lots of trouble navigating between quest locations. :|

It is. I used to spend a lot of time playing the free roam multiplayer with a few friends leveling up my character, which made things easier in SP.

Deus Ex Human revolution is sitting there taunting me, so is Command and Conquer 3 (plus Kane's wrath), Gears of War 3, Dragon age 2 and Universe at War: Earth Assault.

Oh and I just noticed Kingdoms of Amalur where I'm stood outside the entrance of the final fight....

Batman arkham city (beat the joker quest then jes stopped playing, ffvii (I'm upset about never finishing that game) bio shock 2, dishonored, koa (traded it in), madden hall of fame quest (never played all the way through), I've never finished a lot of games because I didn't care for them, most of the above mentioned I have or will get again except ffvii and my heart breaks, I never played any other ff game and vii was one of my all time favorite games...

As in you found the combat too hard? I can take a wild guess at the bit you gave up on and the trick in encounters like that one is to make the dodge button your [&@%!]. You hold your combo and avoid any kind of attack that doesn't involve boolets.

Majora's Mask: (Gasp I know) I just never got around to it.

Donkey Kong 64 because I refuse to play the uber frustrating original donkey kong game that is needed to advance.
