Favourite/ Most Memorable NPC
Who's your favourite NPC? Or one which you remember the most.
One would probably be Lucien Lechance from Oblivion or Cicero as he was one of the most memorable characters I have ever seen.

Ones I remember the most? Uncle Crassius, M'aiq and Sheogorath.
So we have come to solve every squabble in the village personally?

Re: Favourite/ Most Memorable NPC
My favorite NPCs:
M'aiq the Liar
Kud-Ei (the head of the Mages Guild in Bravil - dunno why I like her so much, I just feel so sorry and sympathetic to her. On my second (and most complete) Oblivion playthrough I roleplayed my PC as her close friend)
Lydia
Kharjo
J'zargo - actually, all the Khajiit in Skyrim for that matter. Their accent is just that awesome.
Mordryn Oreyn - I like him, cool old guy
Rindir - the guy who sells staves in the Imperial City. I just like the way he says "Rindirrrrrrrrrrr's Staffs"
That one Khajiit merchant in Balmora, I forgot his name
A few others, too
Most memorable:
Sheogorath
M'aiq
Baurus - total bro
The Prophet
Lydia

Re: Favourite/ Most Memorable NPC
The lord of cheese and madness of princes. Sheogorath.
Haskill from the Isles due to his dry wit.
Parthy as it's freaking Parthy and unlike most dragons, he doesn't seek destruction although he fights against his nature on a daily basis.
Cicero, I'm unsure if the madgod has claimed his soul or not but he is the best DB member even if he can be annoying at times.
Owen, the Arena master or something like that. I like how at first he treats you like crap but as you rise through the ranks, he ends up respecting you. That and he is literally a redguard.
The annoying fan. He is not my favourite and i only remeber him because of how infamous he is. *hears the fan saying by azure and punches him to death before feeding his soul to Molag Bal
*
Serena, i've not played DG for various reasons but from what i've heard and seen of her, she is very memorable and i think the Dovahkiin can help her adjust to the new world due to plot reasons.

The first time I found him (without having known of his existence prior) I could not stop laughing.

Creeper. When I walked into an Orc-filled house, a merchant scamp was just NOT what I was expecting.

Re: Favourite/ Most Memorable NPC
There are so many strong characters in Morrowind. I think I remember almost all the ones that I had a significant amount of contact with. However, I think that Dagoth Ur and Vivec stand out the most. Divayth Fyr and Yagrum Bagarn also stand out despite limited contact with them in a typical playthrough. But there are so many other strong characters. Just about everyone from the main quest: Caius, Hasphat Antabolis, Sharn gra-Muzgob, Huleeya, Addhiranirr, Mehra Milo, Hassour Zainsubani, Sul-Matuul, Nibani Maesa, Dagoth Gares, Orvas Dren... The list goes on. If you've played Morrowind, I bet you know exactly who most/all of those people are (even Dagoth Gares).
Oh, and none from Oblivion of Skyrim. I think the total number of characters that I remember from Oblivion and Skryim could be counted using just my fingers. I probably remember 50 or so from Morrowind.

Re: Favourite/ Most Memorable NPC
Vincente Valtieri, the vampire in the dark brotherhood in Oblivion definitely most memorable for me, i couldn't stop staring at that guy when i first got the game, welcome to lip synced stage 4 vampirism, lol
Vicec and the last dwemer are notable, some reason i can't think of anyone in skyrim yet.. Maybe Mjoll the Lioness

Lucien LaChance is an obvious choice for me...and one can't really forget Sheogorath.
