I am seeking feedback on new Arena/Daggerfall images.
Thanks in advance!

That would depend on what you mean when you say "visually impaired".
Because there's no fun to be found in being normal.

Re: Seeking Color Blind or Visually Impaired Testers
So far most of the work is still on my local computer
I've been working with both Arena and Daggerfall Town maps comparing colors chosen so far for various types/categories of buildings. I've gone through a few websites offering color pallets that are 'color blindness friendly' but they give many broad choices that seem to contradict my understanding of the disease.
Basically, since there is currently *nothing* in Arena and very little in Daggerfall covering location maps, and all the maps currently provided for MW, OB and SR are more aerial photography than symbolic maps of structures, I'm trying to get all the validation on the choices I'm making before I jump off the project cliff and create over 256 maps in Arena and thousands in Daggerfall just to have someone tell me that they can't tell the difference between object on the page easily.
From what I've uploaded so far, which has mainly been conversion of the topographical maps of the various provinces into political maps, I tried to follow the pastel colors used in the Tamriel composite map created when Oblivion was released for the background of the various Provinces. If you look at Category:Arena-Map Images you will see them. Any comments on levels of contrast etc. would be appreciated. In general I'm trying to make sure the towns are easy to see with light backgrounds. Since the neighboring Provinces are labelled in black (well, they would be once the pages exist and the 'invisible' red goes away) I was only moderately concerned with the importance of each province being clearly differentiated by color.
At the moment, now that i've looked at the three different schemes for coloring buildings in Daggerfall, I'm probably going to use a Green, Blue, Orange, Grey and Purple for the Inn/Temple/Shop/house/Rental properties. But that doesn't mean much now without seeing the actual colors chosen.
Hope that helps with the context. I'll try to catch you on IRC.

Re: Seeking Color Blind or Visually Impaired Testers
You should be able to use the four-colour rule of maps with the provinces at least. That would make it with fewer colours.
Because there's no fun to be found in being normal.
