Cog & Gear - Steampunk Fantasy

[Baloth-Kul]

"The ONLY thing, I'd wager." Cornelius looked up and down the street as he accompanied Victoria.

[Velvet LeChance]

Ben watched as Vex took a seat across from him and smiled, "Vectina." He mused "That's a very pretty name."

[Unionhack]

"No it's not." Vex said with a blush, avoiding direct eye contact. "I prefer Vex."

[The-Shadow-One]

Yalun listened to the clank of the rails. "either way, pretty unique name." he said loudly.

[Nova]

Jason nodded and turned to Skit; "You ready?"

[Unionhack]

"My dad named me Vectina after 'Vector'." Vex said. "He was a mathematician before he was an engineer. He solved a lot of issues that dealt with vectors that people didn't understand. Vector became his nickname. He liked it so much that he chose it for my name." said Vex with a blush.

[The-Shadow-One]

Yalun grinned. "see, unique and loved fueled." he said airily, he seemed happy.

[Velvet LeChance]

"Yalun right" Ben smiled. "Your name, makes you unique, there are hundreds of Bens, another one wouldn't be noticed, but how many Vectina's do you know?"
Ben turned away, the question was rhetorical. He began drumming his fingers on the arm rest impatiently, wondering how long it would be until they arrived.

[Unionhack]

"I suppose." she said with a small blush, playing with a small flame in her hands. "I still prefer Vex."

[The-Shadow-One]

"Still unique." Yalun grinned. "Vex, Vectina.." He shrugged, idlely juggling some fire.

Spoiler:

Posting in hopes that we haven't abandoned this! D: I assume we're on hiatus until our DM gets back?

[Baloth-Kul]

Spoiler:

I'm still game. Whar is Crepe, again?

[Crepe the Ashlander]

Spoiler:

This is currently on hiatus, I have a break up from college soon so I should be able get it kick started againbthen, sorry for the random dissapearance

[Unionhack]

Spoiler:

Well, looking forward to it!

I found some AWESOME art and I think I might wanna mod up Vex's appearance for all of this. xD

[Crepe the Ashlander]

Spoiler:

I am incredibly sorry for my abandonment of this, one for I really loved the RP and the story it would eventually unfold into, and secondly I am sorry I have let down those of you who were enthusiastically waiting for my return to the RP, so once again I am sorry. Maybe when I have plenty of time I will restart the RP, but I can't promise anything. So mods could you please lock this

[Crepe the Ashlander]

Spoiler:

So, I am hoping to jumpstart this lost RP at some point but at the minute im deep in exam period so it wont be until my holidays in a few weeks that I actually start this thing again though, a serious question here, would people prefer we continued on this decent but albeit wonky story or propose a complete restart with a revamped story?

[Musicman247]

Hidden:

Necropost. Locked.

Kidding.

[Baloth-Kul]

Spoiler:

I would propose a restart.

[Velvet LeChance]

Hidden:

I'd second that. Though regardless of what you choose to do I'd rather I started a new character.

[The-Shadow-One]

Hidden:

what ever you do, Yalun will return.

[Crepe the Ashlander]

Spoiler:

Oh musicman you little joker you got me there, nearly fell out my chair.

So it looks a lot like a restart to me, but its a while till my holidays start i'll find out later when they do start

[Unionhack]

Spoiler:

Restart sounds great. Can't wait to be Vex again. c:

[Nova]

Hidden:

Restart sounds good.

[Crepe the Ashlander]

Spoiler:

Okay, although I have yet to find out when I have my college break starts I have kind of developed upon the story a little bit and I doubt the story will include the typical vast mcguffin robot/dwarf army again, although both will still feature heavily as antagonists in the RP, i'm looking to include more human inter-city rivalry, i.e. Kimmit/Amur or include more ruling families to resemble a more squabbling Human Kingdoms attempting to deal with automaton threat and even anti Kingdoms human cities breaking away that sort of thing?

[Unionhack]

Spoiler:

I'm all down for a rebellion plot.
