....Texture pack? I'm using no texture pack as far as I know.
And it's for both server and in my creative world.

Sounds like something to do with your side, then. Are you running any other processes at the same time? When it happens to me it's usually when I'm also running folding@home.

Beta, your stuff was awesome. :P

Less cool: did anyone else's custom skin magically...disappear?

Skins are saved client-side, aren't they? Sometimes my skin doesn't show up, same with AKB. Usually a sign out then back in fixes it.

I did that, and there was no change.

I checked on the Minecraft website and it doesn't even show up there. I'm so confused.

Also, whoever keeps attacking my dog, please stop. I can tell because he then growls at everyone, including me. It is stupidly annoying and I don't see why you have to be mean to my property.

All dogs seem to growl now. I've bred several generations, and the puppies growled immediately after they were spawned. It took several generations of dogs for them to stop growling and instead bark.

Mine was barking every time I logged in until today, and since someone put a sign outside my fence about my dogs I figured one of you was lollygaggin'.

It's fine. I built the fence higher and made some signs to remind you guys to go away. :P

Or you guys could just not be jerks and leave my things alone, like how I don't mess with yours.

Besides, a gate on the front wall looks ugly. Already tried it.

Signs lock doors.

I haven't touched your stuff, haven't even been in your house but once and that was with you there. I'm not one to grief.

I did that. Still don't have everything. Just remade them and gave up, place a wooden floor far enough down... I shall extend outwards from there..

Avron was having the same problems. Cows sometimes glitch out of fences.

If you know how to build proper fences, animals won't be able to glitch through. Another tip is trap doors, mobs refuse to go past them. Make a small ditch with trap doors around the rim, it may not be pretty but it works. Same can apply for doorways >_> keeps animals from invading

I find that animals often glitch through if you're warping around a lot - using the "warp to" and "back" commands sometimes makes you, and any mobs in the area, temporarily drop below the ground level.

Yeah, sometimes when I do /warp home, the pigs I have are in the ground and are colored black like a shadow. After a few moments they return to normal, though.
