The Dora The Explorer song is just getting ridiculous for me now!
I hear it every five minutes as my sister removes and replaces the disc. :x

Any song overplayed on the radio, or is by Usher.

Seriously, "Love in This Club" should not be in the top 100, much less 1st on the list for weeks!

Any modern, main-stream song. *Cough* *Soulja Boy* *Cough*

Peanut Butter Jelly Time and similar songs are the major exception though. :D

http://www.blizzard.com/diablo3/world/worldmap.xml That's the kind of song I like. :P (I love those dramatic songs.)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mhGrmdmf ... re=related That's the closest to a 'normal' song that I'll ever like.

I used to like the song "Bleeding Love" until it became mainstream radio material. Her voice started drilling through my brain and I didn't like the song anymore. Pity they play it all the time now.

I like The White Stripes but I just don't get the song The Nurse. The noise at the start is annoying.

It used to be The Wiggles, but I haven't been annoyed by that in a month or so.

I have found it, the worst, most annoying thing in the world, can you say" Justin Timberlake. That is the most horrid, ear breaking excuse for a "song". Truly disgraceful to the world of music and a downright insult to humanity. If he has ever thought that he had talent then he would only be misleading himself into a world of pity and shame. How the thousands of teenage girls have come to love him has singly relied on his looks and not actual talent. Truly a symbol that talent doesn't always win in a talent show.

On another note..... Magic Bum, Fall Out Boy and Green Day happen to be amazing bands with amazing songs, sometimes the lyrics can be extremely sexually oriented( fall out boy) or depressing( green day) but sometimes that can be a good thing. That would be like me saying, oh, Avenged Sevenfold or Disturbed was bad,( which I actually think) I do like a disturbed song though, it's a cover for the genesis song Land of Confusion.

My summer job last year was at an ice cream place, and all the other people there were girls who listened to this awful top 40s station that played the same 10 songs over and over and over and over... Now I tend to go Manchurian Candidate whenever I hear any of those songs...

Rihanna - Umbrella
?? - Shut up and drive
Nickelback - I wanna be a rock star
?? - party like a rock star
?? - It's Personal

There might be more but it hurts my brain too much to try to remember.... PTSD... aaaaah!

Some other songs I hate:
Soulja Boy (fortunately it took a long time before I was able to recognize it)
Usher - Yeah
U2 - One, and I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For.... for that matter almost anything by U2. Bono just WHINES AND WHINES.
Anything by 50 Cent
Anything by Linkin Park

I can't think of anything else off the top of my head.

edit: Reading this thread made me think of some more.

Anything by Green Day, but especially Boulevard of Broken Dreams.
That one song by Fall Out Boy that seems to be the only one that gets played... I don't remember how it goes anymore, but it's the one that's completely unintelligible.

And now, to lighten the mood:
Bill O'Reilly Flips Out - Dance Remix

DISCLAIMER: This video contains a four-letter word ending with K which some people on this forum might not like. But, if you are old enough to know who Bill O'Reilly is, you're probably mature enough to handle it.

King -

Fall Out Boy was made in the studio. Their songs may sound fine on the radio, but live is another story. I went to a FoB concert with my girlfriend (in exchange for her going to a concert with me). Let me tell you, at least two of the band members seem to have to be in constant motion ALL the time, which takes away from their already weak live performance. You can barely determine what the singer is saying. To make a long story short, it sucked. Majorly. Now i don't know if it was just an off night for them, but it was a very bad concert. If the rest of their shows are like that, they're just another artist made in the studio where anything can be made to sound good.

As for Green Day, they're better. I DO enjoy the occasional Green Day song, but they're not my favorites. I probably shouldn't have wrote that they are garbage, because they aren't. I haven't seem them live, but I have heard that they can put up a show. So pretty much i think that Green Day isn't really that bad, but they're not at the top of my list.

:o I love that song. :P Though it did get annoying when it became the song that someone was always listening to or singing.

Anyone remember this. It used to drive me nuts. :P But luckily its died out so much I even forgot its name.

Hello Operator by White Stripes
See Dog Whisperer's sig.

It makes no sense, asking an operator to go out with him and then talking about a mailman????

Check the lyrics of the whole song.

It doesn't make much sense, I'd guess a lot of it is meant to symbolise something for Jack/Meg White, which is one thing I like about them. A lot of their music is personal, and that always tends to make a better song than one written to make money. Same goes for Radiohead... almost.

White Stripes Astro

I probably posted this before, but I like it. :P Another weird one, but apparently it was written the night before they recorded it.

"Who let the dogs out"...

Just makes me want to leave the room...

David Bowie's "Under Pressure".... Each time I hear it come on, I keep secretly hoping it's going to be "Ice, Ice, Baby" and give me a chuckle from bygone years, but it never is, and even though I know it will never play, some weird imp inside me keeps trying to hear it...

*Damn, now I have "Never Gonna Give You Up" in my head!!!

I hate that! :x Any song from a show like Family Guy, which is an ok show, is just annoying. Peter's voice makes me want to scratch my eyes out, yeah, weird, I know. A sound makes me want to scratch my eyes out, but that's how I feel.

I think the dog, Brian, sings the song.
