Heavy armor training problem

My character is a level 7 redguard with 74 skill points in heavy armor. When vernando of the best defense couldn't learn me anything more about heavy armor I searched up the master trainer in heavy armor.
When i finished his mini-quest he said something like "so you wanted to ask me something about heavy armor?" but I cant get training from him, is this a glitch?
PS. i am an xbox 360 user.

I'm not absolutely sure so don't take my word for it as I'm just guessing, but since normal trainers only train at certain times, it's possible that master trainers also do.
