About additional USA quests

Hello I’m about to play daggerfall, already installed is under dosbox, applyed latest patch 213 and done some quests all ready. Here i learned that there are some additional quest pack which is here

First, is it for USA version of daggerfall? I've got Euro version, will they work on it?

And the last question, do i need to start new game to see this quests?

It shouldn't matter which version you have, and no, you don't need to restart. Daggerfall continually checks all the Quest files that are present, so all you need to do is fire the trigger (like, talk to a noble who will give you a quest, or whatever).
