How Bethesda f***s with players...

Hi there,

I have returned to this site after a very long pause and I have seen that DLCs are coming to PS3 at last. Well, I'm not "english european", so I would have to wait a little more, but I won't buy them anyway.

Someone may remember me as someone who complains a lot and this is why I have created another thread to do so. I just want to sum it up.

I like Morrowind and Oblivion very much, both games are good, although Oblivion is a little simplified.

Skyrim was not bad, I have played it through with my first character and had got all throphies. Maybe that was it that ruined the game for me. I can't see the replayability that others do. I have started second character, switched to 4/5 difficulty and went pretty crazy (mage, only robes, no weapons, only MG questline, ...). It lacked the fun after some time and game started to freeze more often. I disassembled my PS3 to see if the cooling system is ok (no dust) and it was in perfect shape after 3 years. It wasn't freezing by overheating (I have to say that GT5 was running for several hours without single problem). Skyrim is lying on the shelf for along time now and it's not going to be played in near future. Graphics and " epic-effect" are not enough for a game to be outstanding.

I will step away for a while. I have bought Fallout 3 GOTY (you probably know, that it was made on Oblivion engine between Oblivion and Skyrim - and by Bethesda). I loved previous Fallout games and I have to say that this one is great too. Although Bethesda made everything to ruin it for me. I'm probably ~200 hours in game with first and only character and guess what? The game started to freeze a lot. 5 to 10 minutes and freeze. Restart of PS3 and after 5 to 10 minutes... freeze again.

No Bethesda, you can't do games like that. You'd better not port them to PS3 if you don't know how.

Now I have Fallout New Vegas lying here. It's not entirely by Bethesda, I hope it will be ok. I'm not brave enough to try right now and I don't have time for it anyway.

Just wanted to say it to somebody. To somebody who might understand it. I'll be glad if there are some replies, your opinions. Do you still believe Bethesda?
