Console for dawnguard and hearthfire

How to get items added in dawnguard and hearthfire? The console code is usep says xx00something. But if I type that nothing happens. Someone said I have to type 02 at the beginning? Can someone please clarify how to get dawnguard and hearthfire items through console?

Just Skyrim - 00whatever
With dawnguard or hearthfire - 01whatever
With both - 02whatever
With mods I don't know.

For Hex codes, the first two digits is the index number, that identifies the mod or file it's from. Vanilla Skyrim is "00" by default. The rest depend upon the load order you have them in. For Dawnguard, Hearthfire, or any downloaded mod, the easiest way to get the first two digits is to find something from that mod and open the console and click on it. The first two digits will be the ones you are looking for. For instance, for Dawnguard, click on Serana or the Dawnguard castle wall, as they came with Dawnguard.
