How do I put this nicley, please reread what was written: All you're talking about is the same hammer with a different spell effect.Lynx wrote:It is? Really? Because I'm pretty sure there's no way to actually smash your hammer into the ground and paralyze everyone around you at the cost of X stamina? I checked the perks for the warhammer, but all they do is ignore armor. And no, it's not a new spell effect. It's a skill that you could activate, let's say you could also slam it into the ground and activate a magic barrier around you to take damage for a few seconds while you can safely drink a few potions. That's the type of variety and gameplay-changing skills I'm talking about.Xarnac the Conqueror wrote:The "skill" you mentioned is already in the game in the form of a hammer, for the fourth time. All you're taking about is the same hammer with a different spell effect. Nothing new about any of that.
You did not list the variance in physical combat in Skyrim, I did. End of "argument."
You have clearly stated that there IS variety in the physical combat, but it's so little that it barely even changes anything. 9/10 hits will still be regular attacks, since everything is based on chance. I've played enough MMOs to know that a system based on luck will not work in a multiplayer game.
Theres no bow that commands all animals to chase enemies and explode either, guess combat isn't varied enough.
