Creating enchanted items
Yes, I know nothing about how to work the construction set at all, I am very hopeless, I've even researched so much and still don't understand what to do. I just want to enchant a common shirt, pants, the black left and right glove, and then place them in rethan manor, how can I do this? I don't know. A video would help the most, but if you can try explaining it I may not understand. (I need to be treated like an 8 year-old when it comes to this)
Re: Creating enchanted items
I use MWEdit, so I can only help so much.
If you want to create custom enchanted gear, first you will need to create the custom enchantment. Find the section that allows you to edit enchantments, and add a new one with the effect you want. Repeat for all the different items, assuming you want each of them to have different enchantments.
Next, you'll need to create unique gear. Go to the clothing menu, and create a new entry for each item - I know MWEdit has a copy function that can be used to speed this up (just copy the clothing you want), but I'm uncertain what the official CS has for that. You'll need to tell the game what enchantment you want each piece to have, as well.
Finally, to add it to the game, you'll need to edit the cell. This part I can't really help with (since MWEdit doesn't do rendering at all), but from what I understand it is drag-and-drop once you zoom in on the cell enough to actually be able to see things.

Re: Creating enchanted items
Well I created the new items, I copied the bioped things and the info from the clothing I wanted, (though I didn't get any inventory images), but I can't figure out how to zoom into a cell now, I'm on a laptop
Re: Creating enchanted items
Supposedly, you can automatically zoom in on something by double-clicking on something in the cell rather than the grey surrounding it.
You are probably better off checking out http://uesp.net/wiki/Tes3Mod:Construction_Set instead, to be honest. The Mod Maker's Bible linked at the bottom is especially helpful, since it includes some screenshots.
If you want to test your items first, you can just add them to your player via console codes.
player -> additem, "<your item's id>", 1
That will add it to your inventory. If you'd like someone to do a quick check of your mod, you are welcome to send me the file and I'll give it a quick once-over.

Re: Creating enchanted items
I found out how to zoom (hold V while moving the curser) I can add the new items via console, but the inventory icon is some yellow thing, and if I try to place it in the world it gives an error, I think I know why:
I havn't added an inventory and art file
My question is, how can I add an inventory image and art file?
I want them to look exactly the same as the base clothing, here are the ids for them:
common_shirt_03_c
common_pants_03_c
common_glove_r_moragtong
