Cannot build winstad manor (Hearthfire dlc)

Tried everything from re loading dlc to changing the order of buying properties and unloading all the mods but no matter what I do nothing gets build on the spot and everything is invisible
plus the quest is stuck where pointer points on the plan of the house work bench. Other houses can be build with no problem besides this one. Tried find solution online and none of them worked for me. If u know any possible solution please let me know

The problem is probably the quest not advancing from the drafting table to the carpenter's workbench but still allowing you to build things as if it had advanced.
Try using "getstage BYOHHouseHjaalmarch" (without the quotes) to see what stage of the "quest" you're on. It's likely you're stuck at stage 110, if so, try "setstage BYOHHouseHjaalmarch 120" to move on.

Also, you may wish to make sure you have a previous save before trying this, as this was from a talk page-- it isn't tested, and using console commands can sometimes lead to issues. Good luck!
