Not really, it depends on what you mean by ''close''

no one has guessed any place really relevant to the riddle, but they have guessed a location that was in the same region as the answer

The place must be dark
a big Magical Hole
Maybe a cave
When sent here at some point
There is a quest that goes along with this place
despite being chopped, heads will not Roll
Either you cannot get a decapitation here, or someone is being executed but their head doesn't fall off. Possibly a vampire or thrall, since they dissolve when killed.
