Betting my money on some developer mass and getting asskicked in return, would not mean that i'll do the same mistake again. Save your sarcasm, i'm not the only heartbroken fella out there, and you all know know that.
I recommend you folks look around a little. Nexus forums would be a good start.

Re: Hermaeus Mora and You
Daedra owns your arse as always. End of story. Don't you just looove Beth.
Ahem. This.
Really, debate as long as you'd like. This is the way Beth clears heroes out of their lore. All the DLC endings are canon, all MQ endings are canon. Mostly, all the SQ endings are canon. You are everything and ...

Half the province is cowered in snow and there are no snowmen and no ones throwing snowballs and no kids out there playing etc.
That's what i call illogical.

Re: Loremaster character
It's kinda pointless to go for an "expert" character, yet a loremaster since the majority of the npcs treat you as if you've born yesterday or something. Kinda lacks immersion.
You'll allways end up being the "brainless adventurer" type with "what's in for me" attitude.

Well now. Imagine the Eye being an Akaviri artifact. That'd be mindblowing.

Has anybody checked the Eye of Magnus yet? I think they pretty much match.

Re: Would you buy the next elder-scrolls if...
I'm not gonna buy the next TES no matter the fancy gimmicks they supposedly add.
Edit: I tried mailing them but apparently the sumbit button at the site is not working (wtf?)

Re: The Simplification of the Series, when do you give up?
So when would you give up on the ES series? That's the question in the OP.
I think it'll happen when they decide to follow Blizzards footprints.
Consider all the Warcraft series, MMORPG attemt and the destuction of the lore. Warcraft never had some deep lore if you ask me but, eh, i guess you ...

I wish i wasn't this late to join the discussion here. Especially the very first two pages there.
You people seemingly have just attacked the OP post blindly and , yet, about that "why are you even here if you don't like the game thing".

Re: Did Bethesda just decide that they hated Khajiit?
MK is Michael Kirkbride, some nutty lore writer who bethesda borrows most of their stories from. if you havent guessed, i am not a big fan of his stuff, but some lore-buffs worship his every word :P
It is true that he often goes "nutty". I'm not a huge fan of him either but i think he's more ...

Re: Did Bethesda just decide that they hated Khajiit?
I don't think they diss any race on purpose. It's more like they fail at adding depth ingame matching their written lore. I often wonder what it'd be like if MK was still working for/with them.

no seriously, i am [&@%!] beyond words right now, literally a faint expression of " i am soo [&@%!]" just doesn't do justice but anything beyond them would give moderators decent reason to kick my arse.

Actually, i fail to understand the logic behind siding with the Empire. You'd think that people would have some common sense. I'm not pointing fingers here, but it is clear that Beth has charicatured most Cyrodilic people as your typical ignorant Roman lot.

Not quite so in TES standarts, as far as i know.Musicman247 wrote:Space isn't black matter, though. It's...space. Empty.
Mundus and all the other plane(t)s are surrounded by Oblivion( or it's representation of space fabric whatever it is) and the Magnus is the sun linking to Aetherius.

The gods are as real as the planets in the sky. No matter if dead on not.
The deadra are also as real as the black matter surrounding the plane(t)s and stuff. No matter if alive or not.

Is there anybody, a PC user preferably, who's capable of running skyrim at highest quality? Cause i know little bit of After Effects and stuff, and with good footage i believe we can forge something decent.

Re: future Skyrim DLC- High king/moot election and thalmor w
Beth must have something big in mind, and when i say big, i mean devastating. "the victor of the civil war doesn't even friggin matter" kinda devastating. That's the way they handle the lore between games, can't say i agree with their ways but eh..
We'll see soon enough.
