Re: Forum proposals and questions
I actually kinda like Vengar's ideas of having each profile have X amount of major skills to define their "real life character". For example, I'm an avid runner so one of mine would be Athletics. Skills levels sound tricky, I'm against it. Two attributes sounds rather fair. I think all these changes ...

Wow I actually really like this, since it's a challenge that actually makes sense RP-wise. I'll definetly try this over Thanksgiving break.

Re: Characters spanning multiple games
Alright so I've put some thought toward my character, and wanted to know if there were any flaws or anything in his whole story arc.
So in Arena, my Dunmer is a Lawful Good spellsword and does the main quest normally, and finishes as a hero.
In Daggerfall, he is still maintaining his hero status ...

Characters spanning multiple games
What are your thoughts on having a PC that is in multiple games? In my opinion, it's difficult to justify lore-wise since you go from a huge hero to a prisoner. However, I'm sure many of you have thought of creative ways to roleplay it out. I'm currently planning a character that plays through the ...

Sweet! I was just thinking of purchasing that game not too long ago! I've been getting back into PC gaming lately, so having a nice horror game definitely interests me. You know my Steam name, so if you'd be willing, you can gift it anytime! Much appreciated!

I wrote a story, but I think it stretched the lore in too many places too much. I'll write another, hopefully postworthy this time

Damn AKB, I get excited when I shave off a few seconds in my mile time. Two minutes is a lot to celebrate!
Yesterday I met up with my sprinter friend to try to get him back in shape, since he says he needs to be prepared for college-level workouts. We ran a solid two miles, then it started to storm ...

So "Create an NPC" contest?
Sorta kinda. You're using a pre-existing NPC, just providing a backstory in story format. Example: I explain why Hadvar joined the Legion, or how Bulgruuf became Jarl. But I do this not trough just plain explanation, but like a tale written in first or third person view ...

Re: Competition of the Month - August Rush for New Ideas Edi
In accordance with the impersonation idea from earlier, I saw a thing on Reddit where this guy makes backstories or just regular stories using one of TES NPCs as a main character, which proved pretty interesting. It's essentially a fan made explanation of why a character is here, or does this, in ...

Re: How much would it cost to build a modernized Imperial Ci
I'd say purchasing the land alone would cost a lot. So lets say you build it on the East coast to provide that nice moat around the city. An acre of farmland in Virginia costs $4700, which is one of the cheapest east coast states for this purpose. So assuming the city would take up about 97920 acres ...

Valus was speechless. There were three things rushing through his mind. First was the obvious shockof seeing this man fall back stiff as a board. The second was that they needed to get out of there before the effect wore off. The third was that the man saw their faces, which was bad news. Regardless ...
