Re: The UESP Forums after 11-11-11
Are you forgetting the fact that there will be no one available to post on here due to the whole having our minds blown?

Re: Are you getting the Collector's Edition?
I'm gonna be getting the EB Games edition. But no way I'd fork out 200 for the CE. That's just crazy talk. In Aussie dollars, a new game, to me is worth about 80. Adding 120 to that for what they're offering is just stupid.

It'd be a nice inclusion, but i'd rather customisable armour n that honestly. Which isn't in. Sadly.

Re: What would you do....
I'm sort of enjoying the anticipation though. I've never been this eager to get my hands on a game. Specially since plowing through Fallout 3 and NV and just wondering just how awesome this is gonna be. Only thing is, it kinda overlaps with my end of year stuff so I'm gonna have to try and get every ...

Re: Will you have a Skyrim release party?
Know what you mean. I haven't been so eager to get into a game before. Spesh since I've got my nice new PC set up just sitting there begging for some dragons to go virtually slaughter. My sneaky Argonian can't grace this screen soon enough. Just imagine... That first cutscene introducing us into the ...

Re: I think Skyrim is hard
Beth has spoken about how it's more a set up where certain areas are a certain difficulty regardless of your level. The example being of a group of bandits all having light armour when you find them at level 3, but still having that same type of armour when you're level 16, rather than them suddenly ...

Lol I've only really got one mate who's into TES. But even then, his vernacular goes a little like "The lizard people," "That assassin group," "I think it was a Wood Elf," and "We don't have to play as a Viking though do we?"

Re: Dragonborn Army!
They had one of these as a prize at the EB Games site. Hopefully I'll see one at the one I'll be getting my preorder from!
Btw, they're 7 foot tall. Easily the most epic thing I've seen that has anything to do with a game.

Re: How should Alduin destroy the world?
I chose End the Timeline out of those. I figure it'd be the ultimate power of the 'God of Time' to be able to control the start and end of it. Why bother fighting people when you can just erase them from existence? Although, is he really the God of Time? Can he really do that? Or will our Dragonborn ...

Re: the blades.
It's possible that Esbern, the dude you meet and I'm guessing sort of puts you on your path, isn't the single remaining member of The Blades. Perhaps he simply doesn't know of any others still around. Gotta remember that The Blades operated in a fairly secretive way, at least in Cyrodiil, so there ...

Re: What are the real world influences on the races of Tamri
I think it's the last preset in those images released. Charcoal grey one with black markings. I like. Totally gonna make a big, bad, beasty cat at some stage. He'll be gruff and take 5fit from less than no one. But calm and wise. Yes. He will destroy entire bands of... bandits, and then write about ...

Re: Custom Skyrim Xbox 360 Console
Meh. Pretty cheap attempt at unique merch. I mean, if you're gonna be buying Skyrim for the 360 would you not already have a friggin 360? A cool hoodie or something gamers of any system can use/enjoy would be preferable. How about something pretty simple like a dragony usb stick? All 3 types of ...

Re: Alduin
It'd be a pretty good cliff hanger to end on. And make the next game the subject of speculation to no end. What exactly would we see after it all? Once the world's rebuilt etc. Is it just Skyrim which gets reset or the entire planet?

Re: What are the real world influences on the races of Tamri
They don't really closely follow the appearance of any particular big cat, but I think I'd say they're more jaguar/leopard if anything. Although yeah if you make them a bit chunkier looking they can resemble a lion. Looks as if we'll be able to play around with the fur and colouration of them a lot ...

Thadon already took one to the nose though... I messed that %^$#@ up. The general concept however, I like. Would totally spin the entire main quest on it's head. You missed the part where Mufasa bellows down fatherly advice however. And the prancing, rhyming, small, orange people secretly plotting ...

The Mew hugging a Dratini person has a point. Also, can we not just play it in a nonobservant way? Dova: "Um...dudes, can't I just be this awesome on my own?"
