I actually don't think I will do this, I have a few things going on in the forums now, and I didn't even know what steampunk was until I read this. So... sorry.

Tsk, tsk. --Can ATTRIBUTES go above the max with traits applied/in game acquired bonuses? I lowered Cornelius' strength to 9 because he has 10 after the Big 'Un trait is applied, but can I reassign a point so he'll have 10 +1?

No, with skills you can, but attributes you can'not, I may as well edit that in, in-case anybody else has the same problem.

Imp, shame not to have you on-board, but if you're already commited to other things and you know you won't be able to handle it, I suppose that is better than leaving me hanging halfway through the RP.

Keep in mind that since this is Steampunk, it could be a cane with like a hidden gun or something.

Cornelius won't have one, though. Just the greatsword and musket strapped to his back, and he'll hobble around on his brass prosthetic leg.

Name: Vectina "Vex" Eynsham
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Appearance: Light, long brown hair, pale purple eyes, and a pale skin tone. Quite short for her age, only standing at 5'2". Vex likes wearing long, flowing Victorian dresses.
(Basically, she looks like this.)
Bio: Vex is from Kimmit, the daughter of an ex-ship captain father and a scholarly, magically gifted mother. Vex grew up living in somewhat middle-class conditions, where the only real work she had to worry about was her chores and education. She spent her free time studying magic with her mother, learning how machines worked from her father, and participating in an acting troupe called the King's Wingmen, where she used her singing voice to play as the lead role in many plays.

One day, sometime around Vex's 16th birthday, her father reported that they had hit a sudden financial crisis just as they expected him to get a new, high paying job working with construction. Vex and her mother were looking at jobs when tax collectors barged in to their home, trying to take Vex and her parents away to a prison. Vex narrowly escaped through a window and ran away from her home in Kimmit.

She ran for days, staying at the homes of kind strangers during the nights. As soon as she acquired the money, she purchased passage away from Kimmit to Valley, where she got a job as a lounge singer to support herself. Often heckled by drunk men at the lounge, Vex is greatly pondering quitting her demeaning job after singing for almost a year.

The real question is, what will she do? She has always craved adventure, but never had the courage to attempt anything dangerous. It'll take a dramatic turn of events to get her to change her path in life. Her only clue in what she wants out of her life is to raise the money to pay off the mysterious debt her father owes.
Personality: Vex is a happy person, with an almost bubbly attitude towards many things. She likes to voice her opinion on things that concern her, and doesn't like secrets from being kept from her. Curious to a fault, she feels the need to know about just about everything. Despite her rather formal style of dress, Vex doesn't mind getting dirty.
Though she is constantly pestered by older men in the lounge, Vex is a hopeless romantic and dreams of finding a boy her age, and as such, she is a bit of a flirt to certain individuals.
Vex is a coward when it comes to anything violent or dangerous, an aspect of herself that she has been trying to combat for years. She has trouble making hard decisions, and prefers to be a worker in the background than in the spotlight when anything other than singing or acting is concerned. Vex doesn't feel like she 'knows herself' very well; something she has trouble explaining to others.
Vex also has trouble with trusting people, but desires friends above all. She feels that if she finds people that she can find her place with, her life will be easier to figure out. She feels most comfortable when working on some sort of contraption or gizmo, and is an avid tinkerer. She often sings when working.

I'm liking what people are doing lately with pictures to describe their characters, but I also like the accompaniment (is that even a word) of wordery as well, they partner well together.

God forbid, if she DOES die, I have an idea on my next character. I really wanted to take the b*tch at heart trait, but it wouldn't fit Vex really well.
