Over-encumbered? go into your inventory and find the item which takes the MOST space, drop it. Now hit the "grab" button and you can carry in front of you so you dont lose it...when you get to a door, just grab it and youll be over-encumbered again but youll zone still, now you can drop the item and grab it then keep on running! now you dont have to waste your dwarven warhammer cause it takes too much space b4 you can get to a merchant!

Helps only with one item. Not much of use if you have a whole set of armour to carry. Just get some feather spells and CE fortify strength items instead.

it helps when your just starting though and those dremora claymores and warhammers take 50+ pounds it helps a lot...
I forgot to mention, to fast travel with the item just cast a feather spell or drink a feather potion and you can fast travel to an area and then you can drop it and carry it or whatever.

make sure your understand their "dremora" not "deadric". Deadric items don't appear till lvl 20 +

Dremora items won't appear until you're deep in Oblivion, in Kvatch gate citadel.

Only really applicable for characters in the early stages, but a good tip nonetheless. Thanks.
