I am the point in the game where I am running out of side quests and have to face the main quest line. I am at the point where I have to start shutting down some of the Oblivion gates that are popping up everywhere like Starbucks franchises. So my question is, what is your personal favorite Sigil stone and why? So far mine has been the 'add Magika' sigil. My character is a pure Thief with emphasis on mage. So I welcomed the added magika to enable me to cast some of those higher level spells. I only recently learned to save the game before grabbing the Sigil stone to allow a reload if you don't get a good Sigil. Amusingly, I am not sure what a good Sigil looks like... LOL

PS I almost crashed my system when I did the dupe item trick to create 83 Sigil stones... roflmao, it took me a while to figure out what the f--- happened and what was that sound!!!

I did the quest where you close the gate outside of Cheydinhal and have to go rescue Farwil. First of all, Farwil was a jerk, and stupid, to boot. I pushed a daedra off of a bridge into the lava and Farwil jumped into the lava after it. What a dummy. But I finished the quest (no way Farwil would have survived it, BTW. He was just way too dumb) and got a sigil stone that did either "absorb strength" on a weapon or "fortify strength" as a constant effect. I used it right away to create my first, and only, magic item, the "Gauntlets of Hurting People" that buff my strength up.

I think my new goal is to collect a bunch of sigil stones and enchant every piece of my ebony armor with something that enhances my strength or one of my combat skills. I think the "Helmet of Super Awesome" would make a nice addition to any collection. I wish I were better at naming things.
