Fingers of the mountain error?

It sayson the site
26 (Master)
000C48A7 Shock Damage 200pts in 10ft on Target 3551 (1547*)
I have that exact same one, but it costs 710 instead of 3551

I'm betting that 3551 is the base cost. The cost of that spell for your character is determined by your destruction skill. The higher your skill, the less it costs. Base cost is if your skill is at 0.

The spell from Fingers of the Mountain is only really good if you get it early on, just a warning... I didn't get it until late and it costs thousants of magica to cast...

Does it still cost that much with a high destruction skill level? I haven't done it yet and I'm at level 18 right now (with this particular character).

The 1547 is the base cost for a similar custom made Spell.
I have never gotten the Fingers of the Mountain Spell. I never thought it was worth it, since I can make better Spells myself.
