I wanted to change my avatar, I don't have a clue on how to get the URL to work, any ideas and advice.

You just paste the image url into the specific field in your profile. Just remember that the pic can't be greater than 100x100 pixels, and the file size must be less than 10 Kb. You can also upload it from your computer.

Sorry, can you give me more help. I still can't seem to get the picture in. It is 100x100 and 9kb. I can't see the problem.

If it's on the net then right click it and save it to a folder, then press on the "Browse" beside the Upload Avatar box. Find the photo and Open it.
Then hit submit.
If the pic is already in a folder you dont need to copy it.
Then hit submit.
